I checked in, did my standard bed bugs check, and to my horror, found the tiny turds that they leave behind!! I immediately went to the front desk to ask for my money back. The front desk attendant was very good and nice. He tried to be helpful. However, the process he made me go through was to contact Expedia...

An older property that is on the shabby side, but we knew what we were booking by reviews, location and price ($120 per night including tax). The unit was spacious, but a bit on the dark side. The ground floor room was quiet despite being alongside the car park. I had no issue with cleanliness of our room or what...

This was the cheapest place we could get. After reading all the bad reviews I was expecting the worst. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Yes , it is loud because of the busy street. The room was clean, but it does need some updating . Wifi was weak at times but not horrible...

Other that close to downtown, not a good experience. Entering the room a heavy smell hit us, we left windows open for the rest of the day. Decor is unchanged since 1964 or so. Maybe the mini fridge was from 1976 but I was not sure it works and didn't take a chance. TV probably was newer as of 2000...

The staff were friendly, but the Wi-fi didn't really work (even the front desk guy couldn't get a good signal). Other than that, completely unremarkable. Not clean, not dirty, not unsafe area. Close to Downtown which is a huge plus in their favor. I wouldn't recommend, but if I heard someone was going - I wouldn't tell them to change...

This is probably the worst place I've ever stayed in. A basic for a hotel, motel or hostel is cleanliness in my opinion. That's number one. Their entire business is about making that room as good as possible for their guests, and you do that first with the basics. Included in the basics is cleanliness. Seeing a mouse crawl from...

This is an old hotel that looks its age. Pros: Great location within walking distance to downtown. WiFi works great. Beds are large and comfortable. Young man at front desk is friendly and helpful. Cons: Our room needs painting as there are drips down two corner walls from what appeared to be a ceiling leak at one time. The bathroom...

We came to victoria on beginning of july, Glad that we found a good room to stay and we didn't find anything wrong during our 2 nights stayed. We stayed here for view days on the third floor, the 2 king beds were comfortable, the tv look very old, they also have microwafe, fridge, and the room was very clean,...

Pillows and beds leave little to be desired. Management is very unprofessional, warned of late check in then they didn't have our room when we arrived, initially refused to refund the online booking. I demanded a refund or a room after a much heated argument at 1am mysteriously a room suddenly was vacant. By far one of my worst stays....

We chose this hotel, mainly for location, mainly for price. We wanted a clean, safe, walking distance to our Venue. The bedspread was immediately removed, and questionable hair was found on the sheets. The sink decided to plug immediately, and there was a slow drip, that I was certain would fill the sink and overflow. The parking garage was simply...
