I got a discount on this hotel and I was not pleased with my stay. The hotel was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable. I only stayed for one night and that was more than enough. The parking lot is small and very compact. I was not impressed sorry!

Arrived very late on the YYJ Shuttle and check in was easy. The tv remote was different than at home but the front desk guy got me squared away quickly. This place has good vending machines with cans of real OJ and that was good as the rooms have mini-fridges in all rooms.Going into town here is easy as the bus... We visited Victoria for 2 days and wanted a reasonably priced hotel of decent quallity which is what we got. Nice lobby and efficient front-desk staff who offered to lower our rate but we had booked and prepaid with Expedia. The room was quite large with kitchen facilities, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Looked like the room had recently been... More

The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff was great, answered all my questions and helped me figure out the bus line. I would stay here again and feel very comfortable. There was a liquor store attached along with a fun night club and good restaurant.

I found this the best monetary deal I could find for the night we were in town. I would stay again without a qualm. If they had taken out one of the beds and put in a couch this could be a studio apartment. It had everything you need to make complete meals. Wet bar, hot plate, ref., microwave, cooking... More

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. We did have a funny experience in the hotel elevator down the hallway behind the front desk area. Our cart got stuck and we spent lots of minutes laughing as we tried to figure out how to get it out. Use the elevator across from the lobby--it's bigger.... More

This was my worst ever experience in a motel, and I have no idea how it has any positive reviews! Ignore the website photos and read the other negative reviews... This place is filthy. Filthy, unkept, neglected, disgusting... Leaves you feeling dirty. We didn't even use the shower, glasses or coffee machine we were so scared of the state of... More

In a very busy section of Victoria on Douglas street near the Uptown Mall. We were on the third floor away from the pub so noise was not too bad. It is difficult to get a parking spot unless you drive half a block to their parking garage. We had a kitchenette so we made out own breakfast. The height... More

We only had a one night stay here on our way further west. We arrived much earlier than check in time but they happily accommodated our early check-in. The room was on the ground floor which didn't pose any problems. There was a bit of water on the floor of the kitchenette in the morning and someone looked at it... More
