We chose this hotel because our friends were staying there. We were pleasantly surprised at the great location; in walking distance of all the shopping and lots of great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the rooms have been completely renovated and were very comfortable and modern. We were given a voucher for a complimentary cheese plate...

The Hotel was absolutely fantastic, as it always is. It's the only hotel I'll stay in while in Victoria, due to the affordability, the location, the great rooms and fantastic service. The only disappointment was that I yet again, did not see the ghost. I'll keep trying, though!

we loved everything about the Rialto. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room comfortable yet stylish. It included cozy bathrobes, always appreciated. a continental breakfast of beverage and pastry was included with the room. I particularly enjoyed the local Silk Road tea and raspberry muffin. We also took advantage of the cocktail lounge which had an interesting selection of...

We really enjoyed this hotel which we stumbled on my accident. Excellent food and beverage service (great cocktails), nicely renovated rooms (small but sufficient) and great location. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it for your next Victoria trip.

Excellent hôtel , modern and clean room. Great staff , but for breakfast à coffee + à pastry are included , not the full breakfast. This would have been à clear 5 otherwise. Location is good close to gouvernement street and cité little chinatown.

Hotel Rialto is our go to place to stay when we visit Victoria. It is easy walking distance to the Save on More arena, the inner harbor, shopping and restaurants. We take advantage of the valet parking, forget about the car and walk everywhere. The hotel has exceptional friendly service, speeding check in/out, and the rooms are modern and fresh....

We spent two nights at Hotel Rialto and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located in a vibrant part of downtown and is easy walking distance to shopping, the waterfront and many excellent restaurants and pubs. The hotel has a nice cocktail bar with entertaining staff for that perfect nightcap after an evening out on the town....

This hotel is walking distance to Save On Foods Memorial Centre so we could get to the ZZ Top concert and previously to an Elton John concert without taking the car and dealing with parking at the venue. It is clean, comfortable with friendly staff, an in-house restaurant for breakfast/lunch and a lounge open after 4 for happy hour and...

I heard the ZZ Top concert was awesome, hope you enjoyed the show. Thank you for taking a moment to tell others about our hotel and touching on some of the amenities that future guests may also appreciate. The rooms you mentioned are definitely our smaller rooms but as you mentioned they make it up somewhat with a spacious bathroom...

This hotel is in an historic building and has been recently renovated. A nice room downstairs with artifacts and pictures giving the history of the building. Very easy and welcoming check in. Room was small but very nicely appointed, excellent amenities and quiet. Used our free cheese plate in the lounge and made a dinner out of the half price...

Hotel Rialto is in a great central location. Lovely old heritage hotel with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful & looked after our every need with suggestions of great places to eat & to visit. We had dinner at the Veneto lounge one night & it was delish!!!! Would certainly recommend the Rialto!
