My husband and I stayed two days as part of a Victoria Clipper package. I mentioned that it was our anniversary when I made the Clipper reservation. The hotel upgraded us to a mini - suite with a view of the Provincial Parliament Building. Awesome view of the holiday lights! The room furnishing were a bit dated, but the bed...

Stayed there for a work, then pleasure stay. The staff is very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the gym which was open very convenient hours. The front desk staff was very helpful with all my questions and I am pleased to see that this is now a dog friendly hotel (which wasn't the first...

We recently spent a weekend in Victoria and stayed at this hotel. The location can not be beat right in the harbour next to the Legislature building and across the road from the Robert Bateman museum. It was very pretty here at night with all the Christmas lights across the harbour and loved being able to walk to everything that...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind comments about our food quality in the restaurant. We have great Chefs in the Hotel that take pride in their cooking. As for the decor, we are looking at refurbishing the restaurant and I hope to make an announcement in the coming months. I am sorry about your experience in our Athletic Club...

Excellent location. That's all you pay for here. Our room was ok, a bit dark maybe and a partial view. The hotel in general gives an old vintage smell and feel which I dont prefer too much. I like it bright, light and comfortable.

Please accept my apologies for our inability to secure a king bed for you during your recent stay with us. King beds are always in demand but we do what we can to accommodate those requests. Sometimes it is not possible. I am pleased that you enjoyed your breakfast and it arrived on a timely basis. Further to your comment...

Yes, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Victoria. View of the inner harbor, location is great. Staff was impeccable, helpful and made you feel most welcome. Located right across from the Victoria Clipper and the Coho Ferry Terminal. Very pedestrian friendly city.

My wife and I concluded our third stay at the Hotel Grand Pacific on Nov. 23rd. Our first trip to Victoria included a two night stay at the HGP. If that was the only stay I was reviewing, then that would have been 5 stars. That first stay was in June of this year. We went mid-week and were given...

Having pre-booked another hotel in Victoria over the internet which we found extremely disappointing, we decided to leave and seek alternative accommodation the next day. At 7.00 am my husband set off around the harbour in Victoria and saw the Hotel Grand Pacific. He was greeted warmly at reception by Philip who immediately found two rooms for ourselves and our...
