We stayed here for 6 nights and had a fabulouse time. Located just a couple of blocks from some of the best shopping and dining in the city. We took a Hop on Hop off bus tour recommended by the hotel(at a discount) that took us everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom suite we had was well appointed but a little smaller than we are used to. But very lovely and cozy all the same. Underground parking was no problem for us and we have a full size Chev Suburban. Virtually no waiting to use the elevators and luggage carts to use. Everything was clean and inviting. The pool was located across the street along with the gym. The pool was warm and there were 2 hot tubs. The individual change rooms were equipped with large showers and there were 3 different gym areas offering different types of equipment. Well worth the walk. Will be staying here again when we come back to the city.

Beautiful, well appointed unit in the heart of Vancouver. We were walking distance to loads of restaurants, museums, art galleries and shopping. Only downside was the wait for the elevator. One elevator is down and ahould be repaired by Dec 2023. Then all will be great!!

As per my previous review and their response. I called the number and it was a total waste of time. All they could say was sorry! As I was a renter and not an owner, that they only dealt with owners. I am unclear the point of their response to my review except to possibly look like their cared about their would have been renter.

We stayed at WorldMark - The Canadian in Vancouver in August. It was absolutely aweful. Extremely small rooms and no air conditioning.

The lack of air conditioning is what made the vacation terrible. Even though the temperature was moderate - low to mid 70's on our visit, the rooms had to be well over 100 degrees during the day on the south side of the building. The staff would not move us to the north side - saying that the rooms were already taken - yet, we later found someone checking in after we asked for the switch and they had been assigned a room on the north.

The building is all glass with floor to ceiling windows - sounds beautiful right? Wrong - there is no way you will be able to tolerate coming back to the room even for a few minutes during daylight hours. The heat will exhauste you and if you think you're going back to change your clothes or take a shower before dinner, forget it. You'll be sweating minutes after getting in the room.

There is a full kitchen that's well equiped, but it'll be too hot to use it if you go in the summer.

We had three fans going full speed and it sounded and felt like a wind tunnel. Unfortunately the windows that open are few and those that do only open a crack - like 2-3 inches.

The resort rooms are on the upper levels, so it just bakes in the sun.

If you use this resort, make sure you go in the winter or you will be terribly dissapointed. Or, ask and get confirmation in writing that you will have a room on the north side of the building - it's possible that those rooms are cooler.

We had an incredible time in Vancouver. I have stayed at several city Worldmarks, so was prepared for very small space and no a/c, but I was pleasantly surprised at the space, layout, and FULL kitchen & fridge. It surpassed all of my expectations. We were in a 2 bedroom and it had 2 bathrooms. Yes, there is no A/C but there are fans in each of the rooms and if you leave windows open during the day, a great breeze runs through the unit. Our corner unit had unbelievable views of the city. Just incredible. Also, there seemed to be no noise from surrounding units. It was very quiet. There is a washer&Dryer which I don't think I have ever had in a city unit. The location of the Worldmark just couldn't be better. We drove up to Canada from Oregon and we were given free secured access to parking below which was really convenient. Right after we checked in with super super friendly staff and got settled, we took off to explore the city. We walked straight down Hornby to the Granville Island Ferry boats. We maybe waited a minute for the boat and seriously the ride is probably under 2 minutes to get across and we were right in the heart of great shopping and restaurants with fresh market vendors. What a great vibe in this area. We ate at a restaurant called Sand Bar that is under the bridge looking out into the water. I will write a separate review for them, but the food and service were outstanding. The prices were a little high but with the current exchange rate with the US dollar, we thought it was all excellent. Our server took extra time to tell us about some places to visit in the city and we really had a great time with her. After dinner, we enjoyed locally made gelato at a place close by with great coffee.
Back at the hotel, we could shop at little stores next door. Go to the liquor store across the street for drinks. There also was a short walk to a 24/7 delicious bakery where their croissants were about as close to our ones we had in Paris. Just delicious. We also walked to great shopping. Down Hornby the other direction is the area where the ships come in. There are great places to take pictures, ride Flying over Canada (just like Soaring over California at California Adventure Park) or just enjoy the city.
On day 2 we got great advice from the front desk person at WorldMark to visit the suspension bridge at Lynn Canyon Park instead of Capilano Bridge. Not only is it free unlike the Capilano, it also had much fewer people and a great little café. We got great pictures at the bridge and explored the other side a little bit.
We went back to Granville Island for dinner on night 2. We ate at Bridges. Very expensive for the amount of food you get and we did not have near as great of service, but the outside dining has a beautiful view.
We will definitely be back and can hopefully stay a little longer next time. Thanks again staff at WorldMark. From the front desk personnel to the other staff we would see in the hotel, everyone was just beyond friendly!! Thank You.
(Ps.. one thing to keep in mind if driving, it was really hard to find the little sign for Worldmark (we looped 3x trying to figure it out) and parking was a bit of a challenge in the front when we were trying to park to check in, but after the key for garage parking, it was great)

I have stayed at a few WorldMark locations and this one has been my favourite by far. Literally in the heart of downtown Vancouver and mere blocks from the main strip of Granville Street, The Canadian is an ideal location for anyone who wants a central location to explore. The Canadian itself doesn't have a pool or fitness facility but if you don't mind walking across the street (literally), WorldMark guests have full access to the Sheraton's facilities. The Sheraton's gym is on the small side but the pool, hot tubs and sauna are awesome. However, please be warned that there is a construction site located on the south side of the building. I can't remember when the project is supposed to be completed but noise pollution is definitely an issue if you don't plan on being up before 7 on a week day.

I stayed at The Canadian in August and had the best time. The two bedroom unit was great. There is nothing negative I can say about it. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I would ever need. I didn't want to leave!

The location is awesome. It's close to the groceries, movie theater, restaurants, bus/train stops, shopping malls, etc.

If you're visiting Vancouver, look no more and don't even think twice. This is the place to stay!

ummm, not really sure what the question is. Are the parcels for you or your guests? The front desk is very efficient, so if any parcels were sent I am sure they would be able to get them to you.
