I live in this building.
The suite are ok. Mine got a lite renovation(wall painted) but still is just ok.
The building service is one of the most poor and horrible that I had to deal with in my life.
You pay rent regularly but receive a disconnected services.
-Swimming pool out of service for 4 months!
-Hot water runs out and they don’t place any notice to advice people. At the moment is 3 days that in my apartment the hot water is running out!
-Building over populated and the management doesn’t do anything to resolve seriously the issue. They expect from residents the proof of evidence of crowded suites! You guys can just go on Craigslist and find several room for rent post/Ad.
-one of the three elevators is out of service quite often and weeks and week of waiting time to be repaired!
I don’t really suggest to move in this building
I can’t wait to get out of here once that 12months of rent contract will be passed!
