I have been travelling on business for 16 years with most of my trips in around Vancouver city area. I have stayed at many of the hotel facilities in Vancouver and I have never come across any difficulties with customer service until I have stayed at this particular place. I was greeted by a man named Paul who was quite...

I am writing to advise that firstly, I'm sorry you felt that my staff member made you feel this way, however, as in life there are always two sides to every story. I have since spoken to the staff member and conclude that it was miscommunication and misinterpretations involved and that was no motive at all was made to make...

We only had 1 day to see the city and we were delighted with our studio apt. Convenient to the hop on hop off bus service, and minutes from the beach we got to see quite a bit of the city and find time for dinner and a walk by the beach. Lots of people, young and old, many languages....

910 Beach Avenue Apartment Hotel rooms are for both long term and short term living. My husband and I rented a self sustaining studio which has one small room with a desk and a window, a main room with a bed, a sofa chair, TV, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an enclosed balcony. A simple but adequate continental...

This hotel we stayed in for two nights. It was a self contained apartment with everything you could want including a washer and dryer in each room. This place was only a couple minutes walk to the water taxi to grandville island. This is a lovely place to visit. The water taxis are a fair price and the drivers very...

Our room opened onto the street with a small patio. The best part was the room had a washer and dryer. It was pouring rain the day we were there so the dryer came in handy between trip out in the rain. The boat taxi to Grenville Island is a half block away and you can walk around the waterfront....

We've stayed at 910 Beach multiple times over the last few years in both small studio units and two bedroom suites with our kids. Most recently my husband and I stayed in a one bedroom unit when we were in town for an aunt's 80th birthday. It's a great location (walk to the harbor ferry and go over to Granville...

This is a fantastic location to explore the area and city. Nice apartment full kitchen just like home rooms. For families or folks with dietary needs or budgets a good choice. Nothing special for rooms but clean and homey for a nice comfortable stay. Parking $18 a day and Internet $5 a day which is something you expect to be...

Nice clean hotel in a great and quiet location.Continential breakfast included but a charge for local calls, parking and internet. I got a last minute special price for the two nights only. Would have stayed longer but too expensive for me. Dogs are allowed. Still it's a good hotel.

Recently we had a visitor from England visiting for the very first time in British Columbia. We hopped the ferry from Vancouver island for a 3 night stay at this hotel. We wanted a place where we could take advantage of the market on Granville Island and cook our finds in the comfort of our own accommodations. This hotel was...

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along with the sunrise, offering breathtaking views at any time of day. The West End merges together so many looks and flavors probably because it functions a hub: its the leafy pit-stop between nightlife and entertainment venues along Davie Street, and the shopping paradise that is Robson Street, offering visitors beautiful parkland to rest on, and quick, easy food to re-fuel with in between ventures.
