This is the perfect place to park your car for a couple of relaxing days....walk around the island.......have fun..... without the inconvenience of worrying about a car. The island has everything. No worries about going into downtown Vancouver.

A bit pricey for what you get. Disappointed in the customer service during my stay. The outdoor patio is great but other than that the hotel is nothing special. Would not stay here again. Not very dog friendly.

Fun and unique location for a Vancouver stay. Nice change from the oversized hotels downtown. The front desk staff was fabulous, helpful, friendly and very courteous. Weekend traffic can be a bit of nightmare on the island, so it's great to have the ferry boats to catch a ride across or down the creek. Nice size rooms with stunning views...

All of the staff were quite pleasant. We were attending a function at the hotel so we decided to stay that night. I wouldn't say this place is meant for families as the room was super tiny but it was clean and pleasant. The location is beautiful and being surrounded by the market is delightful. Parking was a bit confusing-we...

excellent service, great location, very nice rooms. Not a very classy looking building, but don't let that put you off. Book a table by the window so you can watch the activities in False Creek. Their pub has a great outdoor patio when it's warm enough.

Rustic room, comfy bed, excellent views. I was staying here due to request from client, room was ready on arrival, easy internet access, coffee was good. Suggest offering a decaf as regular coffee was strong.

We always choose The Granville Island Hotel when we want a special treat while staying in Vancouver. Our last visit was for business, but my daughter and I are hoping to spend much more family time in Vancouver and hope to return to the Granville Island Hotel very soon. It is a friendly, relaxing place to be.

The location is quiet, nice view of the harbour, easy access to many areas via the ferry service and wonderful walking and biking routes along the sea wall. Lots of interesting shopping on the island.

We come regularly to the Granville Hotel since 2001 and find this great place. We appreciate the place for his calm and his view. The executiv suite room is spacious and well furnished (koffee machine, fridge, microwave, 2TV and lounge). The Housekeepings' staff is efficient. The only downside is the noise in the restaurant. Let me explain: since the renovation...

I live in Vancouver but needed a break so checked into the Granville Island Hotel at the last minute. I left the next morning feeling relaxed and pampered. Great bedding and pillows. Pet friendly hotel so I was able to bring my small dog and she even got a treat when we checked in.
