Stayed in Room 3 (on my own) and Room 6 (basement suite with my husband and two kids- age 2 and 7). Rooms were lovely, well appointed, comfortable beds. The Inn is ideally located close to Stanley Park. We rented some bikes close by and...More

Stayed at the English Bay Inn for 2 nights at the start of our trip to BC. Great location, kind staff, fantastic breakfast fare and clean rooms. The room we had was somewhat small and "cozy" but full marks for everything else.

West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset

The port is extremely close. You'll want a taxi with luggage, but we walked there easily when we were exploring on our own (there's a lovely walkway/bike path along the water). The airport is farther but still very... More
