Spend your time and money elsewhere. Overall poor experience. A hotel we would not recommend. Spacious but smelly room. Extremely disappointing breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Do waste your time with online check in.
Nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, breakfast and FREE PARKING!! The location is convenient to get anywhere you want to go in a short time and the inside rooms are quiet! Also pet friendly!
Decent room- needs a quick refresh. Lobby and guest area very nice. Breakfast needs a little jazz - maybe some fruit. Shuttle service to the cruise port was easy and super convenient! Driver was fantastic.
Nice place, but needs updating. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Rooms were sizable and well equipped with amenities as listed. Location was good. I really liked the layout of this hotel! However, the place needs a head to toe update. I would stay here again though.
Staff seemed annoyed and unprofessional, I’ve come to this hotel for other events and this is the first time for a terrible stay I’m so angry and upset that I 100% will not recommending this place to friends or family like I have in the past
rly bad experience first they gave away my room and told me staying in two single beds from a king was an upgrade and then they charged my card twice and denied it and i had to call my bank also it was very hard to touch base with them about these issues they just said they would email me and never did
One of our friends got food poisoning. You drive through clearly gang areas to get there(obvious tagging on buildings) if you do not specifically ask to put your name/room # on the list you prob won't get the free shuttle to the port!!! Not recommending this place overall
Hotel itself was alright inside until you notice all the wall paper peeling off, staff were unprofessional and very unhelpful with obvious no communication between them, breakfast was dismal your better off going to Tim hortons
My husband and I had reservations for Thursday April 28, so we could get in to Vancouver the night before our cruise ship left for Alaska. We had informed the hotel via email when we checked in online that we would be checking in around 9:30pm. Unfortunately, our flight was about an hour an a half late. I get off the flight and see the Atrium tried to call me, a voice message was left inquiring where we were and requesting a call back. That message I would learn was left by evening staff, evening staff was gone for the day and overnight staff answered when I called. They were rude and proceeded to tell me I didn't have a reservation. I had the printed out reservation information in my hand, I booked through Expedia BUT if I didn't have a reservation why did the Atrium email us for pre check in the day before and furthermore why did I have a voicemail from them from 9pm? It's now 11pm, I'm exhausted, I ask if I can come there and show her my reservation paperwork she says no it doesn't matter, I don't have a reservation, and there are no rooms available. Stranded at the airport I called Expedia in tears, my husband was furious. Expedia called the Atrium with the reservation information, same story. Expedia was sorry we were treated this way and comped us a night at the Marriott Burnaby. I did not get to sleep until 2am that night but the Marriott has excellent customer service and gave us complimentary late check out. Never again would I reserve with Atrium or any other property they own.…
Very nice place to stay. You receive an excellent service and includes breakfast. It has a shuttle that goes to Downtown or outside the hotel, you can take a bus (R5), that goes to Downtown and take you back.
