Love staying here. It’s close to some great places to eat and go for walks. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I stay here and attend many meetings in this facility and enjoy everything about it.

Generally good, but I would rate the hotel 3.5 star as the rooms were a little outdated. The A.C. was loud and could keep you awake if you're a light sleeper. Limited amenities, so prepare to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, cotton buds, etc.

Dear Guest, Thank your for taking the time to review our hotel. I am sorry to see that you had to endure a loud air conditioner during your stay. We have engineering on site until late at night who can assist with any issues that may arise in the room. I apologize that there were no slippers, toothbrush or cotton buds in the room but these are available at no charge upon request. We hope you can give us another chance to serve you. Regards, Nakul Hegde Assistant Front Office Manager

We just had a great 3 night stay at The Pinnacle Harborfront, our room had a great view, was spacious and extremely clean. During these COVID19 times, the hotel has done an excellent job with extra cleaning & safety protocols, we felt very safe & comfortable.

The check in was very quick and easy and Alex our front desk agent was extremely helpful and friendly.

Hotel location is excellent, walking distance to most everything in downtown Vancouver

We had one hiccup during our stay, it wasn't the hotels fault, but they fixed the issue immediately. There were inconsiderate guests partying & smoking weed in the room adjacent to ours. When I called front desk a manager Ciara attended right away and delt with the losers next door and she also arranged for us to move rooms. The hotel can't control guests behavior but they handled this situation extremely well, great job.

We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Vancouver and will be recommending this hotel to friends, family and acquaintances

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for the first part of a trip to Vancouver and Whistler. Overall, we found the hotel to be comfortable and the staff friendly (in limited experience), although some of the decor is a bit dated.

The location is pretty convenient to the harbor front area, as well as a short walk from the SkyTrain Canada Line from the airport.

Upon check in, we were directed to our room, which was a City view room on the 14th floor. The hallways looked a bit dated - scuffed walls, wallpaper peeling in some places, and the wallpaper in the room could have used an update, but the room was clean.

The windows were a little drafty, but the bed was far enough away from the windows that it wasn't a big deal. The bed itself was very comfortable, and we both slept well.

There are not a lot of electric outlets in the rooms, and particularly few near the bed. I ended up charging my phone and tablet on the desk, rather than the nightstand, which made it slightly inconvenient to use my phone as my alarm.

I'd also like to point out that the shower had very good water pressure, and the shower head was high enough for me, which are 2 issues often found in other hotels.

This hotel has a great location and that is worth a lot if you are walking, cabbing or driving as parking can become expensive and challenging to find in this great city. You can walk to Canada Place, Gastown, loads of restaurants and shops.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful even when talking through their masks.

Precautions for guests and staff are in use, and hand sanitizer is available as well. Modifications have been made to reduce cross contamination on items such as menus and room guides. But bring your phone or it could be challenging.

My boyfriend and I recently spent a long weekend in Vancouver and stayed at this hotel. The location is great - right on the harborfront, 10 min walk from the metro, easy walks to Gastown, shopping, and lots of food. The hotel itself is a little dated but overall we had an okay experience. When we arrived, the hotel was hosting a Model UN conference, which meant there were high school kids running all over the hotel. It made getting an elevator to our room a struggle - we had to wait 10+ minutes each time and whenever an elevator would arrive, it would be filled with kids and stop at every floor. We eventually discovered the stairs, but at times the hotel would lock or close off the stairs and we'd be forced to wait for the elevator. If there is a conference at this hotel, the overall atmosphere becomes a little chaotic and makes the stay less pleasurable. The room itself was a decent size but again, dated. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, along with pillows that provided no support while we slept. Overall, the staff was nice but the hotel wasn't worth the price that we paid.

We took advantage of a promo to book a few nights at the Pinnacle Hotel. We found the staff to be super friendly and polite wherever they were in the hotel. The room that we got was the Premium Harborview room which provided us with an unobstructed and beautiful view of Vancouver Harbour, North Vancouver and the mountains. The room itself was somewhat older but it was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel also has a restaurant called P2B Bistro & Bar and while the selections were limited (probably because of the gradual reopening after the COVID-19 lockdown), everything we ordered was quite tasty and even my picky eater husband was satisfied. A note that because of the current pandemic, the hotel put some safety measures in place for guests which is understandable and necessary. So overall, it was a great stay for us and we will be back.

Conveniently located right in Coal Harbour steps away from the convention center this location offers lots of things to do all within walking distance. We stayed here for 1 night as we had an event that we were attending and the cost of the room was less than the cab ride to and from the event. Checking in and parking was a bit confusing, this hotel does not have a driveway for you to pull your car into and checking before parking, there are several spots out front where the valet is setup but we had to circle a few times to find a spot across the street to temperately stop and check in. Check in was quick and prompt and no complaints. Note that the hotel itself does not have parking and uses the public parkade located underneath the hotel. If you are doing self-parking, you need to go to the parkade and get your ticket, park the car and then bring the stub back to the reception to have them verify and grant you in /out access. A bit inefficient way to do things so word of advice is to park your car first, get your ticket and then check in so you only have to go to reception once.

We were given a room on the 18th floor, city view with a king bed. Room had all the basic necessities and was quite spacious. Our room did have some issued but the fact we were there for only 1 night and was there as a place to crash after a night out of town we decided to make a big deal out of it.

Our room was somewhat still dirty, hair in the bathroom, makeup stains on the bed cover. We removed the cover and it wasn't really an issue anymore.

Sound insulation is questionable, our room was situated right across the Marriot and even with us being on the 18th floor and their large exhaust vent being just above ground level we would hear it hum/whirl all night as if there was construction vehicles outside our window.

The worst part was we checked in and the left shortly and didn't return till past midnight, the HVAC was not working properly. We had set it low as we prefer to sleep in a cooler environment but the room never got cold, when the HVAC would turn on it sounded like there was something loose in the vents and it kept clicking.... Clicking all night making it quite difficult to have a good night's rest. We ended up opening the sliding door to cool the room down before attempting to go to bed.

Overall for the price we paid and the quality of the room. We will most likely not be returning.

Vent systems have black dust clusters, that you can see will fall down soon. The bathroom was not cleaned, so we called and they assured us it had been cleaned and that they would not send anyone up to clean (covid) so we cleaned it ourselves (mostly the door handles and tap). The cloth became brown with dirt very quickly. We also went to the pool. Bottom has a layer of green filt. When you pass your foot on it, it washes off so clearly the pool was not cleaned properly in days. My friend and I have pretty low standards as we go camping a lot and stay in youth hostels, but I had never seen a room so dirty, specially for this price. The guy at reception that arranged the pool card for us and a late check out so we could leave our bags in our room was very nice and helpful.

According to the website of the Port of Vancouver, the princess cruise terminal is at Canada Place. I was there. According to google maps you will need to walk 1 km, i.e. 15 minutes from the hotel to the Canada Place. This is a easy walk without baggage. If you take a car, you will be there in 3 minutes.
