Stayed 3 nights, arriving just before 12 noon and room on 14th floor was ready. Excellent at reception. Spacious room, good bathroom, comfortable bed, refrigerator, in-room safe. Room attendant was a very friendly and gracious lady and we spoke each day...almost like we'd known each...More

The best thing in this hotel is its location , just in the centre of Vancouver. Going everywhere on foot. Were there in Christmas time and was all decorated with sugar pasta! The rooms were very convenient and had a great view to all the...More
