The St. Regis Hotel in Vancouver is located in the heart of the city. It is 1 block to the largest mall in Vancouver and provide any amenity you could want. The service staff were 5-star and were very helpful providing directions. There is a restaurant that serves an amazing breakfast attached to the hotel and a awesome pub to... More

What a great hotel! Conveniently location by Canada and Expo Line, Pacific Centre Mall, Tim Horton's, Starbucks and tons of great restaurants. The room was nice but on low floor could hear people and traffic into early morning. Was put on low floor because elevator wasn't working correctly, couldn't be called to lobby so front desk clerk would run upstairs... More

Thank-you very much for taking the time to review our hotel. Please accept our apologies for the elevator issue. It's something that we had to work around until the technician was able to repair it and we appreciate your patience. Did you contact the front desk regarding the lights and bathroom floor during your stay? The room power has a... More

This is a great hotel on a budget, location is convenient to shopping, transportation and easily accessible. The room is a good size for two, clean and spotless bathroom hardware. We love all the white linen, the perfect firmness of the bed. The most friendly and caring staff from housekeeping to the front desk. We also love the personalized message... More

Room was quite luxurious. We had same room that is pictured on Web site. Loved the finish out. Plenty of amenities, plugs. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was a sit down, served meal off a menu - choice between 2 pre set breakfasts and unlimited coffee. Breakfast was good, not gourmet, but tasty, and was sufficient enough to allow us to... We were here for a conference. The room was not large but it was comfortable and extremely clean. Plenty of L'Occitane toiletries restocked each dayThe staff were delightful and although parking is across the alley, it is secure and access only provided by security card. When you arrive at the hotel, you can stop right outside for 3 minutes and... More

When I entered the room I was taken aback by how small it was and how dark. There was one small window in the room and because it gave onto the building next door (4 inches away), the window had been frosted and there were shutters so that you did not have to look at the wall. However, this made... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
