Everything was good. Only challenge is no public parking in the area and you have to get the expensive hotel parking - $25 per night. Everything else was good. Staff was friendly, location was great, no complaints.

Great location, close to Stanley Park, great restaurants and shops. There is a whole foods, liquor store and Safeway grocery store close by. Everyone on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgable when we had any questions.

Stayed here one night before flying home and the staff were very helpful in keeping bags after we'd checked out. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable beds. Convenient location near Stanley park too.

Great time. View was awesome. Room was spacious. The outside of the building is a little deceiving. Good area to walk and discover in all directions. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The location was great for walking downtown and exploring the core of Vancouver. Felt safe in the area. Bus stop right outside, coffee and restaurants very close. Our room had a separate bedroom, and another bed in the main room, with a full kitchen, table with four chairs, TV, and roomy balcony. Room was clean, though dated. For the price,...

Well Vancouver is expensive so this hotel was what I could afford. The location is great, so close to many attractions downtown. We were able to walk to Stanley Park, Canada Place, English Bay, and of course the shops downtown. We rented an apartment so we could just buy our breakfast/fruits and then headed out for lunch and dinners. Staff...

The location is unbeatable and the suite provided exactly what I needed. The desk staff are exceptionally friendly and gave me an at home feel of a concierge. Walls are thin, but desk staff will right any noise violations. Great stay.

Change of bed sheets and cleaning of garbage every 2 days. Wow! Better than the other Apartments I've stayed with. Good helpful staff. The worst was Galaxy Apartments in Osaka. WARNING!! Stay away from that place.

I enjoyed this place. Not much amenities but only if you stay indoors. It's close to many restaurants / stores / all within walking distance, even the boat harbor. With many taxis zipping around it was no problem getting to our boat cruise, made it a great transfer hotel for me.

I don't ever write reviews about anything , but I was pretty unimpressed about this property so I thought I should. The hotel room had a funky smell and the room wasn't clean when we arrived (late in the day). We had to pay extra for a parking spot , which seems weird to me . They are in the...

“There were 4 adults in our room. We had the 2 queen bed suite with kitchen. There size of the room was great and yhe fact we had a kitchen and a table to sit and have breakfast at was very convenient as well. It was a little noisy on the weekend. There are no carpets to absorb the sound so we could here voices and doors slamming.”

“Elevators are slow so if you don't mind waiting take rooms in higher floors. Take lower floors so you can take the stairs.”

“Great location great staff would of gave 5 stars across board but for the noisy neighbors which a hotel only can do so much about can't throw people out for talking load or leaving your room in middle of night ”

“I you prefer a little more quiet, try and request a room facing the ocean. ”
