Our stay was wonderful! It was my husband’s 65th birthday and our 31st anniversary so our daughter asked if we could be upgraded, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The rooms are cosy and designed beautifully. It was very quiet in the room as well. We will be back! Thanks so much!

If you’re coming here for the 3 Day Quarantine...DON’T At $500 a day for one person, I would expect at least a bearable Hotel & meals, but it DOESN’T Exist here! The Photos are very deceiving, as is their marketing. What the say and what is actual is completely different. There is absolutely NO extra Care taken for Covid Safety: no Air Purification and NOT Even clean! The tub was filthy and the entire room and hotel too. No security etc. Noisy construction right outside the window. This Hotel is barely a 2 Star Hotel and the price is completely a Rip OFF! I actually can’t believe our government has sanctioned this Hotel!!! The so called ‘meals’ are absolutely disgusting. Not only is there NO choice, what they do give give you, I wouldn’t even feed my Dog! Breakfast consists of:a bottle of water, a formerly frozen, 3 day old dry Croissant probably bought from the local corner store, a small yogurt, an orange drink, and if you’re lucky, a banana. For lunch: A dried out sandwich, like you buy from a machine, a small bag of chips, possibly a small Salad, and...a water. Supper: A dry piece of Bread, Dried out Instant Rice and what looked like Diarrhea but turned out to be Chicken Curry - next day same, thing but rubbery shrimp instead :( You don’t even get 3 “meals” a day you’ll get 1 “meal” first day, 3 on day 2, 1 the 3rd day. Avoid this Hotel “like a plague”...or like a Pandemic!

The staff, especially Marvin, was most helpful and patient, given how many duties they had. The decor is very charming, and the room smelled clean. The suite had a nice cozy feel to it. I would recommend a higher floor in order to escape early morning commercial activity noise.

The room was nice and spacious, however there were no hygienic/bath products provided but were made available on request. No coffee or tea in the room, either. Most of the luxuries and amenities described on the website have been cut down due to declining demand during the travel ban. This I can understand. The confusing part was that in order to gain entry to the parkade, you need a wireless garage opener and they only had a couple for the entire hotel. Every time I came or left, I had to park and walk into the lobby and ask for the opener at the front desk. This was tedious. The staff however were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Will come back again once we're free to travel and socialize to experience the hotel to its full extent.
