Lovely room with very convenient access to Pacific Mall straight from the foyer. All the staff are wonderful. Disappointed with the restaurant/bar/lounge. Very crowded, very expensive, and had to leave by 8pm. This hotel really needs another restaurant, or a separate bar. Preferred it when the Chartwell restaurant was there, and entertainment was provided in the lounge.

If you're looking for a typical high-end hotel experience, this is it. The rooms in the tall downtown hotel are clean and elegantly designed to the point of feeling austere. We were there for our honeymoon looking for a local experience, but the hotel seemed more catered to business travelers. They offer valet parking, luggage services, excellent housekeeping (they cleaned...

The service is very fast and good, even in late midnight. Next time to Vancouver, I will choose this again. I was only in the room, next time I will check out the whole hotel. Especially the restaurant.

I've stayed at the Four Seasons a few times over the last few years. Always surprises me that some of the employees remember who I am. The location is fantastic if you are a shopper or want to get out and mill about. Easy access to the ocean and running trails.

Came here for my birthday with my 8yr old son and staying here made our vacation a beautiful experience of Vancouver. Conveniently located near the train station and many shops! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful with directions and recommendations of places to visit. Family friendly, they even had a mini bathrobe for my son. We will be back...

I've stayed with this particular property many times, and we decided to spend my 40th birthday here. On this occasion we upgraded to one of the premier suites in the hotel (the "Prime Minister Suite") expecting a top notch room. We'd also planned to spend much of our weekend relaxing in the spa and pool area, which had been so...

The Four Seasons Vancouver has always been the place to stay for me. For many years in fact. The location is central and super close to the skytrain station. Staff are always friendly and very helpful :)

The location of the hotel is awesome, it is in the heart of Vancouver downtown and close to all shopping & restaurant area. Transportation wise it is closed to the Canada Line which is just right beneath the hotel. I stayed in an executive suite, it was spacious and came with two full baths. However, the bathroom near the bed...

Our one bedroom suite was nice. We felt it had some charm and character compared to plain new hotels. The Valet and Bell staff were very professional and personable. Door manager went into traffic to stop cars so we could merge into the far lane out of the driveway. Who does that? They do. Overall great service and comfortable room....

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
