The views are absolutely stunning and you can see sea planes taking off and landing. The views are especially cool at night where you can see the whole city light up! There are food shops near the hotel and bicycle stores near too. The hotel serves complementary breakfast. There is a lovely pool and jacuzzi.

It was a pleasure to read that you enjoyed your recent stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and were able to enjoy our facilities and services - in particular our outdoor saltwater swimming pool and patio. this is by far my favorite hotel, as I've stayed there twice. the service is exquisite, the suite was the roomiest I've ever been in with one of the best views you can get out of a hotel room. with the room we had booked came an exclusive breakfast on the top floor for suite owners only. I really liked...

I stayed here for four nights for a business trip and found it very well appointed. Room: the room is a decent size and the bathroom has an interesting door system so two people could use it at once - the door for the bathroom opens right up and becomes the door for the toilet in an adjacent room off...

The hotel itself is nice looking, but you are pretty much paying solely for cleanliness and location. The room was tiny even though it was a more expensive one. Everything was very overpriced in the hotel. There was no free WiFi, and no amenities.

Stayed here for my birthday back in January. We live an hour away from Downtown Vancouver and thought being in the city for a night would be nice. Parking was a little tricky to figure out and make sure you park near the elevators if you have lots of luggage! Check in was smooth and quick and they upgraded us...

We stayed overnight before beginning our trip through British Columbia. We arrived tired after our flight from the States and were soon refreshed thanks to the polished service of the staff. The service @ Pan Pacific was excellent from the time the Doorman took our bags until we checked out. The Hotel is ``elegant'' without being stuffy. We had lunch...

One of the best hotels in downtown Vancouver, the Pan Pacific sits atop Canada Place with a spectacular view of the harbor and the city. Expansive rooms, all with a view (choose the west side for the best views), that are nicely furnished and maintained with care. Excellent staff who are welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. Good lobby area...

We arrived early only to find we could in fact check in early and that we had been upgraded! What we got was a fabulous view of Canada Place, Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains, not to mention float planes and cruise ships. Our hotel room was clean with crisp white linens on the bed and a large bathroom...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
