We stayed here for two nights using the Amex Fine Hotel and Resorts rate, which included breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the package did not include parking. I really enjoyed the upgraded room, but wish that there was a separator or french doors to separate living room area from the bed. I really liked the hotel amenities and loved the wide selection of teas. As a tea drinker, I really appreciated it! The breakfast was also solid and I loved that the tea they serve is loose leaf. The location is also central, which is accessible to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops. I also got a facial done at the Chi Spa. I loved the relaxing facial, but was disappointed that I would have to pay extra to get a mask, considering the price of the facial. I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Stayed for a couple nights with my wife and we both loved it. If you like clean and modern styling, this is the place. Slept very well - good soundproofing and very comfortable large bed. Spacious room.

We stayed 6 nights in November. I cannot fault the quality and standard of service at this hotel. We had a suite which was luxurious and comfortable. Impeccably clean. We had breakfast every day and it was fantastic. We also had cocktails in the bar once and they were lovely too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and Concierge Fung was so great and saved us money on experiences with coupons and recommendations. My only negative about this hotel is the bar is a bit out of the way and the pool is too small. The main entrance lobby is lacking a bar. Apart from that you can’t go wrong staying here. It’s conveniently located to get to anywhere you want to be in Vancouver too.

Recently stayed for four nights in November. The weather was your typical November Vancouver weather (Heavy rains), but coming back to The Shangri-La Vancouver every night made my stay. The bathrooms are as luxurious and plush as ever and nothing can compare to a soak in a marble tub in your luxurious room here. Service in the hotel restaurant was quick and friendly. All hotel employees that I encountered on my stay were friendly and interactive. Definitely will be back for my next stay and I will perhaps pick a nicer month to enjoy more of the spectacular beauty that Vancouver has to offer.

Shangri- La Vancouver still one of the elegant luxury hotel down town Vancouver easy access to any where in midland , so many restaurants , and lot of shopping , shop to you drop , sees my girlfriend heading back to Asian in few days , so I decided to redeem my award points for two night stay , ( 3,250 points per night ) with the current pandemic , all the guidelines well follow , we both feel very comfortable , Lobby very classic and spacious , ( like all the Shangri -La around the world ) Front desk staff very friendly and professional , we stay at the lovely luxury superior room , very spacious and upscale , average hotel room around 350sq feet , huge windows floor to ceiling , good views of cityscape , very elegant marble bathroom , really cool , everything well stock , comfy bedding , small very fresh , beds very comfortable , due to the current pandemic lot of the hotel in dinning temporarily close , room service is available 24 hours , we both had a wonderful memories during our stay , remind me the time 2019 we stayed at the Kowloon Shangri - La , so if you looking for a clean luxury hotel in downtown , this is the place >
