Our home is located high on a hill called "Barr's Mountain in the Village of Tofino. We have chosen to call our accommodation "the Lighthouse Inn" . Our rooms are nautically decorated and each has it's own private full bathroom. Enjoy the sun decks while enjoying views of Clayoquot Sound framed by Catface Mountain, Lone Cone, and Mt. Colnet on Meares Island and the busy Browning Passage in the foreground. The snow capped mountains of the Vancouver Island Range are the backdrop.

We are two girls from Germany and Tofino Lighthouse Inn was the best decision ! Debby is a treasure and she did and still does the best breakfast I´ve ever seen ! The house and the location is amazing.I hope that we will come back someday and one thing is for sure we will stay at Debby´s place again ! :) Thank you for having us !

Debbie was very friendly and helpful, great set up for a B&B. Plenty of privacy, rooms are a good size, easy to find. The bikes make it quick and easy to get into downtown. BBQ and firepit in the backyard make for a great way to end the day, full kitchen (shared with other guests). When comparing the Tofino Lighthouse Inn to the motels in town, there's no question that the Lighthouse Inn is a much better choice. Quick access town walking distance as well.

Really nice little place - quirky decor but clean, homely, and with very usable shared areas. Debbie, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. It's well located on a quiet street, good value and the free bikes make nipping into Tofino possible within a couple of minutes. Breakfast was nice too. As it was fully booked we moved next door for our second night - slightly more modern, slightly more expensive, but we missed the Lighthouse Inn - take from that what you will!

The staff was friendly but I could smell Cigarette smoking in the building. Don't know where it came from but that is so illegal in a public accommodation. Sorry to say that or less that changes I will NOT be back

The Lighthouse Inn is a very clean , comfortable and affordable Inn . The owners Debbie and Randy are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast goodies baked fresh by Debbie everyday are fabulous. Yogurt , fresh fruit, home made granola , baked goods , coffee, tea and juice are supplied every morning . More than enough is supplied to fill you up ! We cooked in the large and fully equipped kitchen every evening. The back yard has seating areas which we sat at every morning and evening . The gardens are lovely and the abundance of hummingbirds were entertaining. There is also a bbq in the garden which we used to cook fresh fish, and one night, fresh crab which Randy obtained for us . There is also a large terrace in the front of the house where we had coffee in the morning with the morning sun and view of the mountains.Bicycles are supplied free of charge, to use on the many paths around Tofino. Overall we had a relaxing and comfortable stay and would stay there again. The price is very affordable especially compared to other accomadations around Tofino.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable, with a good breakfast.
Appreciated that they had bicycles available for us at no extra charge. Made good use of them to tour around town and the various beaches.
Upstairs deck has a great view of the ocean and islands for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon beverage...
Would definitely stay here again

The Lighthouse is relaxed and informal with good facilities for making yourself feel at home. We stayed in an en suite double which was very comfortable and the free WiFi was useful too. We liked the way the kitchen works, with your own box in the fridge to store your extra provisions, and a help yourself breakfast. We didn't use them, but there were bikes you could borrow for the day as well. So, a handy base for staying in Tofino (although its a fair walk into Town) and the Big Daddy's Fish Fry was an excellent value option for the evening meal (restaurants seemed rather pricey in the town). You could make your own food in the kitchen too but you need to be sociable.

We stayed even twice at this place because we loved it so much!
It's a very cute atmosphere with all the painted walls and the decoration.
The beds are more than comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom are very clean.
You can also enjoy a sauna, you can borrow bikes for free or walk into "downtown" Tofino which takes you about 10minutes.
There is just one thing that could be improved: the breakfast. It's great, but there's only peanut butter, jam and salted butter. But the muffins and the fruits are delicious!
We would definitely come back!

B&Bs always make a lovely change to the corporate hotels, and this was no exception.
It is a modern house, on an estate, but loses nothing for that. There is a view from the upstairs balcony where guests are free to sit and enjoy breakfast. There are also many other facilities available to guests, including sauna room, barbeque and bicycles to borrow.
When we arrived, Debbie greeted us, gave us a quick tour, then left us to it. Breakfast was laid out in the kitchen every morning so we could help ourselves and eat either in the kitchen, in the garden or on the balcony, and we never saw Debbie again. Very relaxed.
The people who own this B&B also run a chip shop in the town which we also visited. It was extremely busy but, mention that you are staying, and you get the tax knocked off the price of your meal!
Only other thing to be aware of is payment is cash on arrival only.
