Visited for one night. Booked on booking.com. It was the only room available at the time. The hotel staff were very nice. The room 305 was dated, shabby and dark. The bed was old and hard. I wonder if it was the room they save for internet bookings? The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Very poor...

Terrible experience, Falsely advertised as a wonderful organic experience. The place is a run down Motel, smells bad, dingy rooms, dated and un kept. Seriously needing a breath of new ownership or management who cares. Please do your homework and search for the reviews- there are 100's who share my sentiment. Don't expect kind or even professional service. This was...

Our navigational equipment failed while we were traveling through the islands so we had to return to port and find last minute hotel accommodations. While grateful to find a room, we were surprised by the state of this hotel. Restaurant is closed, carpets very soiled, maid service not available unless staying 2+ nights, gardens all dried up. A fantastic view...

Basic, sink in bedroom, overlooked car park, poor sound insulation. Got woken up by noisy neighbours at 12am-1am. Breakfast only 7am-9am... I'm on vacation!!! Farm not functioning - so misrepresentation on booking website. Wait until they refurb - otherwise don't expect much for $150 + tax.

This hotel is in the midst of a transition/renovation/sale? so the place looks tired. The restaurant and the farm stand are no longer open unfortunately but they provided a lovely complimentary breakfast complete with fresh baked muffins, fresh plums from the garden, yogourt and cereal choices. Our room was dated but very clean. The front desk staff were really friendly...

The pictures shown of this hotel are old pictures - this hotel is in terrible condition, run down, partially in repair and is overcharging for what it is offering. Do not stay here!!! Rooms have no air-conditioning and ground floor room had no screen on the window or door so stuffy and hot. Sofa bed had mold underneath the mattress....

Quite ok providing you are not fussy. No refrigerator, no telephone in the room, no air con but the location was fantastic and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is great; good coffee, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, scones, muffins. It was really good. there is a great poutine caravan on site behind the hotel serving great food. We did...

We were surprised that Harbour House still had rooms available. We had stayed there in the past. Plain, but functional. The restaurant is closed for renovation... Which the whole place needs desperately. The TV, as it was, didn't work and the paint was coming off some walls from water damage. The price was ridiculous ($199 per night) and the staff...

This place is in the midst of remodeling itself. It's good value for a premium location. They haven't an in-house restaurant at present, but they have a successful organic garden and hope to reopen a restaurant! There's a charming food truck parked in their lot though --open late!

We stayed at harbour house for 2 nights last weekend. The hotel needs a renovation! It's run down, rooms are very small, furniture is very old, our room didn't even have a fridge. Great location, but next time we'd rather rent a cabin and book a campsite for the money we paid.
