Booked a two nite stay with a coupon, decided to pay an extra 30$ a nite and got the upgrade. Very happy we did. It was a lovely large honeymoon suite with a corner jetted tub for two. We also had a cozy ocean view deck with a gas fireplace although we never used it. As the restaurant was closed... More

While the room was good and the reception staff super, a closed restaurant and no-protein continental breakfast were real negatives, disappointing. The receptionist was very friendly and incredibly helpful (super recommendations for dinner). While the front stairs to the entrance, and then the stairs up to the room were daunting with luggage, apparently there is a rear entrance without stairs.... More

We booked an island daily deal to stay here and were very disappointed. The restaurant was closed, the hotel entrance had a big leak in the ceiling water all over the floor and a bucket, our room was musty and the bathroom had silverfish in it. I would also not recommend this hotel to anyone with limited mobility. It is... More

We booked this hotel (motel) thru Island Daily Deals $149 plus tax. It sounded like a great deal until we arrived at the tired, run down accommodation. It was a wet weekend and we should have known by the water dripping into the bucket in foyer this tired hotel had gone years without any $$$ being reinvested. The room my... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice, once in 2015 and once earlier this year. Last year we had a small room overlooking the harbour, we stayed 2 nights, we both had very sore backs both morning we rose, the bed was worn out. We had a really nice breakfast the first year and friends who live on the Island... More

We found out after booking our stay that the restaurant was closed. In fact when we arrived it seemed that most of the hotel was on shut down. My husband called the front desk to get the password for the WiFi and was told that if he had any further questions to look in the binder that is in our... More

Clean, outdated hotel with terrible wireless on the 10th floor. Room 1008 was a nice and large with a beautiful harbour view. We enjoyed our stay. Need better coffee in the room. No airconditioning. Glad we could open the windows and run ceiling fans. Room was great value.

This hotel was unbelievably bad. The rooms were small and looked like they'd never been renovated. We were a large group of people and had booked online on Booking.com. The number of hilarious and awful events that occurred were amazing. I'll let the facts speak for themselves: 1. Two guests were locked out of their room. 2. Another group was... More

We checked in - the reception area was bright and clean looking and the young lady at the desk super friendly and efficient. She checked us into one of their "best" rooms at a high price however since we did not have reservations and it was getting late we decided to go for it! Bad move! We had a second... More
