The main problem with the rooms in this motel is ventilation. There isn't any. Only a very small upper portion of the small window opens, and that has no effect at all if your curtain is closed. If you open your curtain, you are looking at the grill of the nearest vehicle in the parking lot, and they are looking...

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your stay at our property. We realize that the rooms were very warm while you were here and we apologize for your discomfort. Because the weather is normally on the cool side in Prince Rupert, the temperature is not usually a problem and our guests are able to manage with...

We stayed here for one night in June 2014. We had one night in Prince Rupert between ferries (we had come from Port Hardy and were heading to Haines). The Inn on the Harbour gave us a really good night's rest in between. We had a harbour view which looked exactly like the picture on their website (tanker and all)....

We stayed 3 nights. The room was modern and roomy with a really great view of the harbour where the many eagles come in to feed once or twice a day. and plenty of boat traffic which was better than watching TV. there are train tracks below which are not busy, this being the end of the tracks they only...

We stayed here one night while waiting for ferry departure. The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean. We stayed city side and it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, but felt like we were "just a number"(which we were), but they did not go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was very basic...

The most recent upgrades to this hotel make it one of the most nicely appointed properties in all of BC. I love the art, the decor, and the location. Their interior designer knew what she was doing. The service is above and beyond amazing. Pay the extra amount to book a newly renovated harbourview room, you will not be disappointed....

Now make the Inn on the Harbour my regular "home" in Prince Rupert. Quiet and with the renovations; a very nice and affordable location. The Italian restaurant next door - good food, very likeable servers and oh yea, did I mention that the folks that the Inn treat you like you are in their home?? Wonderful coffee and continental breakfast...

Newly renovated rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom is very modern looking and the room is attractively decorated. The bed was so comfortable. My room was a harbour view and did not disappoint. Loved the binoculars in the room...nice touch. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
