I stayed here for 1 night in February 2016. This is a nice place run by people who put lots of care into its upkeep. They also are attentive to guests' requests. I found it very quiet and clean, and just . . . welcoming. When I forgot my camera recharger plugged into the wall outlet, they phoned my home...

We stayed two nights and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The room had two double beds , microwave, frig, stove , toaster, kettle and a great coffee maker. Hot water for shower was only luke warm. Continental breakfast was very limited and served on a table in the lobby. Staff were always friendly and willing to help....

Appears old on the outside but the renos have made it nice. Stayed for 5 nights and it was clean, quiet & comfy. The in room kitchens were great, so nice not to have to eat out every day. Good internet, friendly & warm staff. Very accommodating! Within walking distance to anything in Prince Rupert, handy!

Old sign, nice inside! We arrived very late via ViaRail--had to wake staff. It's a retro kind of place with real keys and old fashioned fridges. Super comfy beds, with fllat pillows and nice bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and the staff are attentive in a reasonably priced hotel. We walked to the ferry in the morning.

The friendly desk attendant gave us a room on the third floor! Did not realize the difference in the rooms on other floors until we saw the pictures on this website. Our room was very hot upon check in (would have liked air conditioning) and did not appear to have been vacuumed. The bed was very comfortable and excellent water...
