This was one of the less than desirable hotels I have stayed at. The location can be viewed as a drawback, right on the highway in a not so great area of town, however, fairly central and close to everything which is nice. I was travelling with my dog, so was placed in a pet friendly room in the suites...

Had to spend a week while on vacation and spouse hospitalized. Excellent customer service provided in all aspects. They were very accommodating to our needs. The Sandman chain has never disappointed us.

I was forced to stay here one night while traveling on business since the better hotels in the area were booked. The check in process took forever as we arrived around 5pm and the front desk only had one staff member with about 10 people trying to check in. Once it was my turn the check in process went fairly...

Management response:

Hello Nicholas Although we do have some great features and rooms it is very disappointing to hear your stay with us was far from what we aim for. You have my sincere apologies for this and I hope it has not completely soured your opinion of our company. If you would like to discuss further or if you would like...

It seemed like the space for parking and area around the hotel was very cramped. It's on a frontage road off Hwy 97, so nowhere to take a walk. There were guys congregated on the outside balcony apparently drinking which was a little intimidating. Thankfully we were put in a room on the other side of the building. The room...

Non smokers are recommended to move on. Just because you are not smoking in your room, doesn't mean all your neighbors aren't filling the halls full of cigarette smoke. It might be cheap but it's not worth it; and front desk staff don't appear too concerned that the front lobby smells like an ash tray.

Was only here for one night but the suite we had was bigger than my first flat. The king sized bed was very comfortable and had a sound sleep, room was spotlessly clean and there was free Wi-Fi. Denny's 24hr restaurant is on site and the food was good, service was a little slow but that was due mainly to...

The room was clean, we had dogs but on the second floor. Very noisy with traffic and trucks setting off early to work. Didnt get much sleep for the trucks and vehicle noise. Check in was good and easy. We checked out 4.30am to go home. I cant say the night shift staff member was very helpful or friendly. But...

I was pleasantly surprised opening the door to the room, as it was attractive and quite sharp. Furniture and appliances were good. Quiet facing the houses behind. Although laptop and phone connected to WiFi, network did not connect to Internet. I called the front desk, but I was assured I was wrong because no one else called. So I teathered...

Ten girls going to a concert. One room for four and a lovely little suite for six more. Everything we needed was there, quiet area and parking. Denny's connects to the building for a easy breakfast or first coffee.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Very convenient location on Hwy 97 (Hart Hwy) for passing through town. Immaculate facility, including lobby, hallways, elevator and rooms. Superfast wifi, extended cable, in-house Denny's Restaurant which even though is 24-hours, is very quiet and does not effect quietness of the hotel. The room far exceeded our expectations with spaciousness, and so clean you could consider it...
