This hotel is in a pretty good location. Not too far from the airport and mall and lots of convenience nearby. To get to my room was like going through a maze wrapping around a couple long hallways before finally reaching the front entrance. I was on the "suites side" which was not convenient at all. The room had a...

I booked this hotel mainly because it offered Full Kitchen Suites and I was the team cook for the season and week long Provincial Championships. The room (255) was adequate tho the oven was not full size but apartment size. The space was perfect for my needs with a separate King bedroom and open living/dining/kitchen area. I was able to...

Between this place and the one in McBride we've stayed at these places probably more than 20 times in the last 8 years on our way to visit family in Calgary...Although the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are dated and overpriced...For a major chain one should expect better...

I tried to have a meal here in December managed to get a seat and after one hour of waiting sadly I had to leave without a meal and only got to drink my coffee. To say something nice this place was super crowded with people and lineups on a Sunday definitely worth a try I will be back

I was here on a course for 2 weeks, and it was.. all right. Plenty of reminders this place is firmly lower middle of the road. Most annoying were the people smoking 2 feet away from both the front and side entrances, so of course the halls and elevators smell like smoke. My room was ok, but sloppy and beat...

It was a cold day in early January, the hotel was quiet, however, I was placed in the corner of the hotel above the parking garage. It was freezing cold, the floors were like ice from being over the parking garage I think and maybe from being at the end of the building. The garage door opener woke me all...

This was one of the less than desirable hotels I have stayed at. The location can be viewed as a drawback, right on the highway in a not so great area of town, however, fairly central and close to everything which is nice. I was travelling with my dog, so was placed in a pet friendly room in the suites...

Had to spend a week while on vacation and spouse hospitalized. Excellent customer service provided in all aspects. They were very accommodating to our needs. The Sandman chain has never disappointed us.

I was forced to stay here one night while traveling on business since the better hotels in the area were booked. The check in process took forever as we arrived around 5pm and the front desk only had one staff member with about 10 people trying to check in. Once it was my turn the check in process went fairly...

Hello Nicholas Although we do have some great features and rooms it is very disappointing to hear your stay with us was far from what we aim for. You have my sincere apologies for this and I hope it has not completely soured your opinion of our company. If you would like to discuss further or if you would like...

It seemed like the space for parking and area around the hotel was very cramped. It's on a frontage road off Hwy 97, so nowhere to take a walk. There were guys congregated on the outside balcony apparently drinking which was a little intimidating. Thankfully we were put in a room on the other side of the building. The room...
