Every facet of my stay here is great. Superb location, upmarket rooms, great amenities in room, the best staff, good pricing. I have stayed before and it is always a pleasure. Good restaurant on site for breakfast and another 2 for dinner.

Just a business trip as usual. I had a noise problem but the front desk was ready to help. Got another room and a letter to inform me that the problem was addressed. I loved the underground parking. Overall good !

Thank you for choosing the Coast Inn of the North, and for the kind comments about the Ambassadors! For sure the Ambassadors are the heart and soul of the property and without them we'd be nowhere. I will share the survey with them and it will make their day. Dave

Good location. Two good restaurants for you to enjoy: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are excellent and friendly. In addition, you could enjoy facial and body massage (except Sunday). Room is clean and comfortable. Gym equipments is adequate and pool is great!

The Inn of the North staff is a good as Sutton Place in Vancouver. Nothing is too much trouble and their manners are excellent. Friendly and approachable. I had some trouble with the room phone and they sent 2 people to sort it out. The parking attendants were in good spirits even though the weather was terrible. We felt very...

Exceptionally wonderful staff that offered to dog-sit so we could eat at the restaurant. Very nice pet-friendly room and not over-priced. The restaurant, food and serving staff were all great and we would definitely stay there again. Wish there was a morning coffee bar in the lobby but they aren't as common in the nicer hotels.

We do love pets, our dog Frankie is the one in the poster in the lobby. We try to treat every dog in the same way we treat Frankie and I think it shows. Our people are the difference maker! Dave

Excellent experience. Spent December 30 and 31st 2016 in a wonderful Jr. Suite. Enjoyed a swim, hot tub and sauna in the very clean pool area. The rooms were clean, very quite and comfortable and the staff were helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The balcony had a great view of the fireworks at midnight...

Thank you for the kind comments about your new years experience. We do not do a good enough job of reminding our guests about the view of the fireworks at midnight. Thank you for the reminder and the business. Dave

We always book a suite here as the rooms are huge and very comfortable for our family of 4 ( 2 toddlers). Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is small but always clean. Plenty of food choices in the hotel and nearby. Great place to stop as we travel.

Thank you for the nice comments about your family's experience at the hotel. As you mentioned the corner rooms are perfect for a family of four. Lots of room, our pool was recently refinished, and downtown does offer lots of restaurant options. Downtown really is the perfect place for a family escape, thank you for reminding me of the positives...
