which is a good thing! Decent mattress, need better pillow selection. Good black out curtains. Quality towels. New carpet. Continental breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Coffee maker in room would not heat water. Wierd how there is an elevator to take you to your floor and then 4 steps to get up to floor - accessibility may...

Thank You for taking the time to review the Travelodge. We have been refurbishing the guestrooms, washrooms, and doing some upgrades to the exterior of the property and have now completed the renovations planned for this year. Some people fine the new pillows too large we do have smaller pillows available for our guest if they prefer. There was an...

We always travel at hotels in the chain and this hotel's amenities and communication are sub par, Arrived in the afternoon around 1:30pm only to be told my room was not ready even tho they advertise 2 PM check in. Lobby was very unwelcoming and you could smell smoke coming from outside. We left and went to the mall nearby...

I would like to apologize if you had to wait at the front door for the night auditor, but it is the law in B.C. if you are working alone the doors must be locked. We had our IT person come in and check the WIFI and discovered one of our antennas needed to be replace. I would like to...

A good hotel, rooms were a good size, clean, and well equipped. They need to solve their problems with the wi/fi, which we were unable to connect to at anytime from our room. It would isn't acceptable to tell a customer, "but you can come to the lobby where the connection works." Hotel should stop advertising free wi/fi in rooms...

We stayed here for 4 nights with our granddaughter while visiting friends in Prince George. The hotel must have been refurbished recently as it was in really good condition. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the staff in the breakfast room did a wonderful job. The breakfast...

Only booked one night as we were travelling through the town. But, what a gem we found. By far the very best room we have had in any Travelodge in the world, honest ! Staff were friendly and helpful, told us some places to eat etc.

The Travelodge in Prince George is smack dab in the middle of some on-going construction. The good news is that it should not last too long, hopefully. The staff is helpful, the room clean and supplied with the required amenities. The breakfast room is on the second floor and not near the reception area. The challenge of staying there is...

We arrived an hour late on a Sunday, at around 9:30 in the evening because of the train delays and that meant the restaurants were all closed. The helpful receptionist suggested we contact the fast food delivery restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was adequate in a room on the second floor. Staff were very...

No pool/hottub or restaurant. on the premise. Clean, newly renovated washrooms - very nice. I found the pillows very big and hard and had a stiff neck the next day. Very little parking available and poorly laid out.

The staff are totally awesome, rooms are clean and comfortable with renovated washrooms and great fixtures. The breakfast room is always topped up and clean, and I love coming back, because it is our central home away from home, whether we go north, south, west or east.
