Stayed for one night on the third floor with my 2 kids (1 adult & 2 kids). The room had a view facing the indoor pool. The room had one king size bed and a pull out sofa but we all slept on the king size bed which was comfortable enough and plenty of room for us. Room came with...

The room was a bit of a squeeze for a family of 4, but most of the time in Penticton you do not spend in the hotel, so it was not too bad. Our room opened directly to the enclosed courtyard with pool. At first we thought this was a good idea, but it meant that we could not open...

We were terribly disappointed on our recent trip to The Sandman Hotel in Penticton. Our friends didn't receive the room they thought they had booked and our room didn't even have a mini fridge! What's with that? 80° in the shade and nowhere to put your water or drinks! Also, the atrium was the hottest, stuffiest place to be. The...

Been to this hotel many times. V. pet friendly, by which I mean they gush over my dog. No faking that. Rooms clean, management goes the extra mile. Great location in central Penticton with easy access to the highway and Okanagan Lake is just a stroll away.

We were disapointed with our room while paying 275 dollars for one night. It was small, outdated and when we arrived in almost 40 degree heat. The ac in the room was not on. Our room was hotter than outside. Not exactly what we wanted after a full day in the heat. The lobby is decieving as its very modern...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights - what a mistake. Hotel was old and dated, rooms and bathrooms were super small. Where was the Kleenex in the rooms? Came in on a Monday around 630pm and front desk staff seemed preoccupied with each other versus guests arriving. Front desk staff training on interpersonal skills would be helpful. Dirty...

I booked this hotel for a getaway for myself and my girlfriend in Penticton. We paid over $300 for two nights, which seemed high for the rooms that we got.
