We had a lovely stay at this B&B in penticton on the boulevard where all the restaurants are in walking distance. Good bed Nice breakfast you don't need more! The host was lovely and helpful. Price is just right.

Called Casa Grande direct (not through Expedia) today in hope to pay a cancellation fee and allow them to relist my room on the long weekend. Was told be the owner to "go away" and he "didn't want to deal with me". Tried being reasonable with them, but in short they told me that it was not their problem, and...

It is unfortunate that you booked a non-refundable room and then wanted a refund. Unfortunately, when you book on line through a booking agency like expedia or booking.com the cancelation policies are very clear and nonnegotiable. If you would have booked directly on the phone through us we possibly could have been more flexible. I encourage everyone to read over...

We ended up checking in at this Inn very late in the evening and the owner was incredibly welcoming despite the walk-in reservation. We took a room on the main floor that had it's own bathroom. Despite some issues with the shower, it served us perfectly. We really enjoyed chatting and having the continental breakfast in the morning. The other...

This is a small B&B right at the western end of the Okanagan lakeshore/beach; most of central Penticton's points of interest & eateries are just a short walk away. There is a sports rental store in the building + bikes can be safely stored. Elise & her little dog Happy take great care of their guests. There is no such...

We absolutely loved this place. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly inn keeper, to our sad departure when it was unfortunately time to leave, our stay at Casa Grande was perfect. I highly recommend this place be added to your "must stay" places when in Canada.

This is a great location to stay in Penticton. The rooms were a little small but the view from our balcony with worth it. Loved being able to walk everywhere and then rented bikes just below the B & B to tour the KVR Trail out to the Little Tunnel. The lady who worked there was very sweet and made...

We had a great room with a big deck, right across the street from the lake and the SS Sicamous museum. Elise was a very friendly and helpful host, and provided fresh muffins and an assortment of cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. for breakfast. The Inn is walking distance to several good restaurants. Traffic noise in late evening might be...

I stayed in the hideaway, small but comfortable. I had great sleeps on the memory foam mattress. The patio view onto the lake is great. The fruit salad at breakfast was very good. The manager and owner were very nice and helpful and the decor in the main house is pleasant. Even though the parking spaces are tight, my van...

We stayed here in September 2015 in the Hideaway Room. I would definitely recommened staying in this room as it is seperate from the rest of the building so there is absolutely no noise and it feels less like you're at an inn and more like you're in your own private apartment. The room was quite small but very clean...

Inn is at one end of the lakeside promenade, not in the very busy middle with its huge motel-style resorts, and there are only about six rooms, so it is a quieter and more intimate setting. I stayed there four nights in the "Jacuzzi Suite" which has a private balcony with a partial view of the lake (nice room on...
