this is my 4th time here and each time I've been fortunate to get a river front facing room. The rooms are always spotless, the layout and space is quiet good and the bathrooms are very nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable, and although we didn't order room service the

Comfy bed, beautiful views, nice sized balcony, chocolates on the bed when we arrived. All staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was delicious. Will definitely pick this hotel again in the future.

Enjoyed overlooking the Fraser River. Front desk staff very helpful. Parking difficult due to construction. Room compact, bed comfortable. Passage area was not as well cleaned as I would have expected. Front lobby area is dull and uninviting. Expensive for what is offered

We had admired The Inn At The Quay on a previous trip to New West so when our cousin was getting married, and The Inn was one of two suggestions, we, and several other Wedding guests were in! The staff was excellent, the hotel and room immaculate, and we really appreciated the

The rooms are cute, beds comfortable, ideal for one or two guests. We have stayed in the "family" rooms-they are small and on the noisy side of the hotel (there is a pub below with a large outdoor patio and live music that is loud). The hotel gym is VERY small but offers a hot

It fits about 5-6 people comfortably. It was clean. We visited at night in winter so it was dark and windows were a bit foggy so could not see view. There is a door to the outside. Lots of mirrors as it is next to (partly separated) the gym.

No laundry facilities that I am aware of? Phone the hotel as they can advise you of any local laundromats in the area. Location is very good for travelling around this area.

There is NO option for getting from the airport or the ferry terminal to New Westminster by boat. From the airport your best method of getting to the hotel is to take the Skytrain from YVR on the Canada line to Waterfront Station (downtown Vancouver) then switch to either the Expo or Millenium line either of which will get you to New Westminster in 29 minutes. The New Westminster Station is about a 2-minute walk from Inn at the Quay.

"Ask for a room that has views of the river. Enjoy the tugboat activity!"
"end of the hall, looking over the river"
"sunny views on the south side; try to get away from the construction across the street by staying at the water end of the hotel"
"Get a room on the even numbered side. (Right hand side when facing front desk)."
"Ask for a room that faces the opposite side from the railway as it can get very noisy. Best room we had is 424, also 416 was very good"
