The Royal Anne is a great hotel at a great price. Not only that, the location is perfect with a lot of restaurant choices nearby for every taste and pocket book. Then once you need a walk after a great meal you can walk along the waterfront. So recommend it to anyone. And...parking was free. I liked that!

A free shuttle from the airport with Let's Go Transportation was the first thing that attracted us to the Royal Anne but it didn't stop there. A CAA rate of $99.00 a night including a good breakfast was another bonus. We loved the proximity to a lot of character buildings, restaurants and lake walks. How often do you find a... More

I often stay at the Royal Anne because it is so convenient to shops, restaurants, the Kelowna waterfront, and Prospera Place. The rooms are updated and very tidy. While downtown Kelowna can be boisterous on a summer evening, the Royal Anne is quiet and relaxing.

Nicely updated hotel in a stellar location. Lots of continental breakfast options and cookies in the afternoon. Had a nice stay. Walls can be a little thin, and might be noisy location in the summer, but great in the off-season. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops.

Thanks to everyone at the Royal Anne Hotel, we had an excellent stay, while in Kelowna for medical reasons. The staff were accommodating and genuinely caring. The facility served our every need to a "T". Best location in downtown, for sure. Near the water. Tons of restaurants, bars and fun places to visit. Will return many times, I'm sure.

Good location downtown, close to events center and waterfront. Older style hotel but well maintained and clean. Very comfortable with polite and helpful staff. Secure free underground parking. Recommended.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Royal Anne. Arriving after 6pm on a Saturday night proved to be challenging in finding a parking space. The underground and secure stalls are limited in number and the outside ones in the alley right next to the bar were incredibly tight. Eventually, we found one in the parkade. Staff at the... More

Dear Seetheworld2014, Wow! What an amazingly thorough review! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience & feedback with us. Despite the late night revellers on the Saturday evening of your stay, and being disturbed by the doorbell in the morning, it seems you enjoyed the hotel to a great degree. Since the installation of new balcony doors... More

We had a winemakers dinner at the Cactus Club and decided to stay downtown instead of driving home to Lake Country. What a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and quite spacious. Quiet and a perfect location downtown. The staff were awesome and although we didn't stay for the breakfast, it did look like a good setup. Will definitely consider... More
