Rosedale Manor became our home when we sold our condo. It took 6 months for the perfect listing to come our way. During our stay here our every need was taken care of in a speedy and and courteous manner. Upon arrival the friendly manager showed us to our suite where we had a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates...

Unpleasant smell to rooms, due to old carpets perhaps.... needs modernizing, good kitchen supplies, rate was higher than posted, left 3 days early with no refund. I wouldn't go back. Ample room, nice having a well equipped kitchen.

So much space that with no problem would fit a family of 4 (they also have 2 bedroom apartments). The location is perfect- very close to the highway but...

Just far enough from the Trans-Canada Highway so that you are not bothered by the traffic noise, but close enough so that the activities and attractions of Duncan are just a few minutes' walk away, the Manor is a comfortable and homey retreat where you can feel completely...
