For those not used to the wilderness you need to know that places in the Yukon are known for their warm hospitality and home cooking not restaurant food from a chain. The folks are genuine and the food is great.

I am fairly sure all the rooms are upstairs and they do not have an elevator.

You don't as its not open and likely won't reopen as they just can't seem to run it. It's been hit and miss as far as service over the past 10 years so no wonder they decided to close.
