Celtic Haven is a wonderful place to stay with our own entrance and very clean facilities. The shower is powerful and water is hot, the bathroom is a great size with the queen bedroom also a good size. Jan and Dave were lovely hosts, super friendly and welcoming.
A 10 minute walk/stroll brings you into the town centre for all the browsing and restaurants you could ever want!

The most lovely and welcoming hosts! Room was perfect, with lots of amenities packed into a little space and very fair cost (fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes). Location was in a nice quiet area of town, but only a 10min walk from the main street. Would highly recommend! I think original owners are retiring in about a month - wishing them all the best!

My husband and I spent three nights in these lovely accomodations. We we're greeted by Dave upon arrival who gave us many recommendations for places to eat and offered us extra information on any attractions if we needed them. It is a very homey space with everything you need. If you prefer higher end bath products bring your own or else everything here is provided. You also have amenities like a toaster and a small fridge as well as a coffee maker, coffee and tea, so you can grab a few groceries and have breakfast and lunch from your lodgings if you don't mind keeping things simple. If you prefer dining out, downtown is only about a 10 min walk or 2 min drive.
We strongly recommend this place that gave us a cozy nest for our wedding anniversary.

I booked Celtic Haven via booking.com after reading the reviews here. I had a rental car on arrival to Calgary, and immediately made my way to Jasper for our lodging. It was easy to find with our GPS. When we arrived, we went upstairs for registration, and were greeted by Dave, the owner. Dave was very friendly and informative, and gave us a lot of great tips for our 3-night stay in Jasper.
We got room #2. It was on the first floor where the driveway is. It was equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils. The room was spacious, with a flat screen TV and plenty of spaces to hang our clothes and towels. The bathroom was clean, and hot water is always available. The wifi was fast and reliable. During our stay it was usually between 1-5C at night, maybe lower, but the room has thermostat, and even with the window opened a bit, we were never cold (I'm from Southern California ;). There was plenty of warm blankets.
We also met Jan, Dave's wife during one of our stays. She was very kind.
In terms of distance to the town, we had a car so it was quite close. However, it seemed to be quite possible to walk into town. It would be a nice stroll, I'm estimating about 20-30 minutes.
Overall, I would recommend Celtic Haven for a nice stay in Jasper, definitely for travelers who have a car. The owners are nice, the place made us felt like we were home. If I ever have a chance to come back to Jasper, I would look no further and stay here again.

It was a very cozy and lovely stay! The suite was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities which were in good, working condition. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We would definitely go again!

This is a lovely B&B just on the edge of town (10 mins walk, less than 5 to drive to the main Street). We loved the feel of the place - smart wood panelling and nice smart furnishings.

We only met Dave and Jan briefly but they were very nice to talk to. In their absence the house sitter settled us in and offered to answer any questions. Like others, we liked the "welcome jug" of milk.

It was cold during our visit, but the room was lovely and warm the whole time, there was plenty of hot water too.

It was nice to have a kitchenette and a folding table in the closet - which by the way had good hanging and storage space.

Oh, and the wifi was excellent. Overall, an extremely positive experience - stay here, don't keep looking!

On arrival were met by Dave the owner. He was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. We were travelling with my son and one of his dogs so we had two self contained rooms.
These were comfortable, clean and so cozy. Kitchenette had everything you need, refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker etc, We were also given fresh milk instead of whitener. WiFi was free. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The location was brilliant, only a five minute walk into town. 100% perfect.

My wife and I spent three nights at Celtic Haven. The room was comfortable and the location excellent as Celtic Haven nestles against the wood on the edge of town. One of the advantages was being able to use the BBQ on the deck. The owners can be properly described as hosts for they even invited us and two other guests to join them in their home to eat our supper one evening. The charges made were very reasonable for Jasper and although relatively new to Jasper, we would recommend Celtic Haven to others. The dog is a very happy companionable animal and the cat very independent. Don't hesitate to stay there.

My daughter and stayed here 2 nights and had THE most restful and peaceful stay after exploring Jasper and area each day. We were greeted by friendly Dave, the owner (his wife was out of town), his cat and dog. Pet lovers that we are, both animals warmed up to us quickly. We had one of 3 rustic, immaculately clean apartment-style rooms at Celtic Haven. Each with its own entrance and bathroom...... Really appreciated the non-hotel feel to the place. Queen bed was super-comfy, leather sofa was a bonus to just chill and chat each evening, galley-style kitchenette very handy for morning coffee. Free parking. Deck BBQ and backyard sitting area were available to us, although we did not use them. Very good location; away from main street noises but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. All in all quite the quaint, clean, peaceful place to hang up your hiking boots each night. Def recommend. Great value for your money!
