Just few minutes from Jasper, Pyramid Lake Resort is placed just by the lake and I believe pretty much all rooms are looking at it; our room did. Room was clean, cozy, with fireplace and tv. Simple but nice. People working in this resort are nice and helpful. This place is surrounded with good hiking trails and has few activities...

Really cute hotel about 10 min drive outside of jasper . Beautiful views ,room is small but very clean.Ask for a top floor room there bigger and have a better view of the lake. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is done at 9 , I found that to early .

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, but I was very disappointed with how run down the accommodation were. The location and view was stunning and fantastic restaurant. Nice fireplace in the room. Lots of activities available. I hate complaining about places, but too much went wrong to ignore. (Room 22) -The card lock was very sticky and often didn't work...

Stayed here for 2 nights. First night was on lower level with a couple above us. Noise traveled through the building with ease, but luckily they weren't night owls. Our first room was very hot (has in floor radiant heat), we weren't able to make much adjustment to temperature and slept with the window open all night (outside temps at...

We stayed there this past weekend. We were really impressed with the staff. Everyone including the late night maintenance man were prompt, friendly and professional. The facilities were nice, we accessed the hot tub, lake activities (skating and sleigh ride), and the restaurant. Everything was really great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms were average in terms...

We really enjoyed our time there. Great place to relax and wind down. The staff so friendly and wonderful. The restaurant was PHENOMINAL !!! The food was so good. I have to eat gluten free and they took such care of me. We are planning a return trip.

The rooms are large and comfy. They are great for the price, defintely worth it. What I really enjoyed was drinking my tea in the morning with that absolutely stunning view of the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There was this Australian lady (sorry I forgot her name!) whom we have a lovely conversation with....

We booked here two days prior to Christmas with mixed feelings after reading all the reviews..but what a surprise! We booked in the day before Christmas, and was welcomed like family by the very helpful and friendly Australians at reception. They suggested numerous activities and places to dine at. We stayed in a King room, it was lovely. The room was...

The drive from Calgary through Banff National Park and on up the Icefield Parkway is absolutely stunning. In the winter one has to be cautious and be prepared for winter conditions. Enjoy the stops at Athabasca and Sunwapta Falls. The town of Jasper itself is relaxed and easy to walk around in. Lots of small shops and interesting restaurants. Pyramid...

We stayed in at the resort for my birthday weekend. The weekend followed a huge winter blizzard. The hotel was very accommodating and we were able to change our reservation to leave the following day (no penalty). Check in was easy and we asked for a room with a nice view (furthest on the hill). The location is amazingly beautiful...
