your first view of the resort is stunning, sat nestled into mountainside. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms overlook the lake and are clean and spacious. Fire in the room was excellent and warmed us quickly after an evening walk at -3. Will certainly be recommending to family and friends

A group of photographer friends and I went to Jasper to shoot landscape photography and used the Pyramid Lake Resort as our base. It seems like an older but well kept resort right by Pyramid lake where you can enjoy was always attended to by the helpful and ever friendly attendant named Raymond I think. It's 5 - 10 minute...

We just came back from visiting Jasper where we stayed at Lake Pyranid Resort. The views overlooking the gorgeous lake and snow covered mountains from our room were magical. It's just a short drive into town. Staff were very friendly and rooms were a good size. Beds were a little small for a double bed but overall I would def...

Paid $300.00 a night to crawl into bed and find bloody sheets soaked right thru the sheets and mattress pad ... It was late at night and there was no staff except 1 lady at the front desk. We had to go down and grab our own sheets and change and make the bed ourselves. The front desk offered us...

The hotel is situated right on Pyramid Lake and the setting is beautiful. In the Summer, there are bike and canoe rentals but they were not open yet while we were there. We slept well in our king size bed which was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet, and the balcony view was lovely. Staff was efficient and...

Beautiful area but rooms are average at best. No AC which for the price paid should be included. Rooms are spotless though and price is pretty standard for Jasper. Restaurant had good breakfast but again overpriced but it is what it is cost wise for Jasper

Scenic and Serene resort , just 5 km for downtown . Has bike and boat rentals in summer. The property is on the lake and staff is very friendly. The pramid trail loop and island is a nice walk . Approx 40 to 60 minutes to enjoy surroundings.

This hotel is a short drive out of town - not walking distance but not too far. It's right on the lake, which was 1/2 frozen when we arrived, and fully thawed by the time we visited again a week later. There are some duplex-looking rooms/cabins that stretch out to the left of the main building, then up the hill...

The area around the hotel is beautiful, there are plenty of walking trails and lots of wild life to see. The hotel is right on the lake and very close to the horse riding stables down the road. That being said, we wouldn't stay here again. The pictures online are very misleading, the rooms are quite small, and aside from...

Room was small and musty. Pics on the website are misleading (especially of the hot tub!) Smelly old bedspread is the only blanket on the creaky bed. Restaurant times are short and you're too far out of town for other options. Shower and bath tub were awful - zero pressure in shower, narrow old bathtub / takes 45 min to...
