The boiler went out while we were there and we had no hot water; that's no one's fault but we weren't offered a discount, which would have been a small compensation for cold showers. The pool is really nice and the hot tub is okay. Housekeeping is very stingy with towels, which is an easy thing to fix if they...

We got a room with a king size bed on the second floor facing the inner parking lot and it was very very quiet. Now, we were there on a Monday night and not during peak season so the hotel wasn't full, so maybe that's why it was so quiet. But nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and would most likely...

Beautiful town to arrive in, scenery is wonderful. Motel basic but clean and plenty of room. Small cafe on site to get breakfast and lunch had to go into the town for dinner in the evening. Everywhere is walking distance and plenty of places to choose. Saw baby elk outside which was lovely. Gym pool and outside hot tub on...

Good for small family with full kitchen. Small and cozy suit. Pool inside. Big minus is chloride smell,so no fresh forest air(((( Living Lodge we saw a deer just near suites. So it is good for one night stay))

Maligne was efficient and delivered on all promises (unlike other lodging in Jasper). Parking, WiFi, comfortable and clean room, etc. The pool was filled with ankle biters running amok, however. Eventually, they went to bed. Maligne is about 500m from the restaurant area.

Imaginez-vous en 1970: c'est le decor des chambres et ce peut que c'est la derniere fois qu'elle fut bien nettoyee. The photo of the hot tub is not accurate. We went to ski so weren't at the hotel much so it was fine but you can get cleaner, nicer places for the same price that have kitchenettes and an actual...

We had a junior suite booked for 3 nights ( thur-Sat) and it was wonderful. The room smelled great when you walked in the door, the bed was comfortable, the shower had decent water pressure, and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch, although we didnt use it. Even the playpen that we had requested was there upon...

Nicely at the edge of town, quiet, good for walks and near a trail. My room was decent, clean and quiet (but some did smell of cigarette smoke). The pool was nice and the hot tub nicer - although it seems to be a bit of a party hangout, so if you are solo it may be a bit awkward...

We saw all the pictures on the website, picked this hotel cause it looked clean and updated. Where we wrong. Our window view was a brick wall, mould in the bathroom, insufficient plug-ins for the kettle, the lounge chair was old and padding was wearing. The hotel did a horrible job painting and "upgrading" this room. I told the front...

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and very well positioned to town and hiking trail if that is your thing.
