We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and very well positioned to town and hiking trail if that is your thing. We had two separate rooms both of which were comfortable, clean with very comfy beds. There was a spa, pool which appeared to get a bit busy but that's what you expect at a hotel. The staff...

Like the heading says, this is a perfect place to stay when visiting jasper! It's on the edge of town so you can expect to see wildlife wandering around at any time of the day, there's a great indoor pool and the breakfast bar is pretty good! The room we had on the first floor was clean and comfortable, beautifully...

Arrived 3 hours before check in and our room was ready, pet friendly which was nice however it's a $25 fee. Close to downtown jasper and hiking trails (10 min walk) hot tub in parking lot area was over crowded and if your room is near it prepare to be kept awake from noise. Would recommend if you just need...

Was lucky enough to get a ground floor room (sarcasm) so I was lucky to get to hear people above me walk until almost 2:00am. Though the Inn has recent upgrades they all seem pretty superficial. Could hear the people next to me talking and of course the elephants above me. Who needs a restful evening that's over rated! Room...

We stayed here the night after we stayed at the Tonquin. It was very practical and again we were able to park very close to our room which is always nice. The room served it's purpose, but it was a little tired. It is a little bit of a walk into the centre of town at the opposite end to...

Spent 3 nights here. Location is great for getting out of Jasper to hit Marmot basin and walking distance to the main Jasper tourist areas. Only complaint was that our room (251) faced the pool and was very hot. Even with the thermostat as cold as it would go we had to have a window open and a fan blowing...

We have been staying at this hotel for a few years as we find that it is cost effective option and they have suites with kitchenettes. We recently checked in and they had actually put us in the wrong room that we had specifically requested. Were were a little upset and questioning whether or not we should stay at the...

We arrived March 29th for 2 night stay before we head home. The minute we drove into the parking lot I did not want to stay, but perhaps it was a diamond in the rough.... the buildings are run down and old. The room was clean but small and smelled a bit weird, like too much cleaning products mixed with...
