I decided at the very last minute to take my mum to Jasper for Mother's day and was fortunate enough to be able to stay at 105 Patricia for 2 nights. The suite was very clean and bright and has everything we needed for our stay. The location is very good - short walk to town and supermarket and even though it's only one block from rail it was super quiet at night. I think the suite next to us was occupied during our stay, but we couldn't hear any sound from the suite next door for both days! I think the floor plans of the two suites are very smartly done!

The hosts are very friendly though we didn't see them much.

Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a place that offers a room with an option to do some basic self -catering then this is worth considering. What is offered is a studio apartment built under a house. The room was spacious and clean with a small refrigerator and microwave. Some noise could be heard from the room next door and from the owner above but did not affect sleep quality nor was it a nuisance. Location was within easy walking distance from the centre of Jasper. This type of accommodation appears to be quite common in Jasper, we noted many places in the street offering similar types of lodging. The room was not serviced during the two night stay but this was not an issue. The owner was welcoming and forthcoming with suggestions in relation to the attractions in and around Jasper.

Loved our private suite. We stayed one night and were very satisfied with everything about it. The location is in a very clean, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, only a short walk from the busier end of Patricia Street. We felt very safe and secure,
Our room was in the basement of the home and had it's own private entrance. I personally never felt like I was in a basement. The room was immaculate and part of the reason my be that the owner asks that you remove your shoes before entering your room. There is a chair in the well lit, carpeted entry and a mud tray where you can sit and leave you shoes. The 2 ground level windows in our room allowed plenty of light on the sunny day we arrived. Plus the room itself had adequate lighting. The room appeared to have been recently painted and carpet seemed clean and fairly new. Nice little kitchenette set up and coffee and related fixings were in a basket on the kitchen counter. The bathroom was in the far end of the room and was very clean. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. When I called about the room I asked the owner about the bed in the room as previous Tripadvisor posts mentioned a squeaky bed. The owner told me they had addressed the problem. The bed in our room was comfy and didn't make any noise. In fact, the only noise we heard was in the very early evening we heard a few footsteps from overhead and then never heard a thing the rest of our stay. Parking is in the back, next to the garage. You come up out of the basement (just a few stair steps) and across the small backyard and go thru the gate to your car.
The owner said the other room opposite ours was occupied; however, we never saw or heard them.
Upon our arrival we asked the owner where he recommended we eat, based on our interests an he was happy to make recommendations and give directions. There was also a typed sheet in our room providing information regarding grocery stores, laundry mat, coffee shop, etc. We thought that was really thoughtful and helpful. Free wifi in room worked well. There was also a t.v. but we never turned it on.
Accommodations in Jasper are expensive so we felt our room was a very good value. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved having a suite in a great location in Jasper. It was very clean and well equipped. Parking right behind the suite was helpful. Wi -fi worked well. I love having a kitchenette. We didn't have much communication with the owners but that was fine as we didn't need anything in our one night there. I'd recommend this place to all.

This accommodation was fantastic in terms of location, comfort and cleanliness. The Tonquin Suite was a large suite with a separate bedroom in the cute city center. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and plenty of towels. The suite also had a small kitchenette and sitting area. We were a short walk away from bars, shops and restaurants. It was a 5 minute drive to horseback riding.

We stayed in the larger of the two basement rooms. The neighborhood is quiet & safe, close to the main area of Jasper. We would have appreciated a closet, but there are wall hooks that suffice. The kitchenette has everything you need, but note - only coffee is provided, but there is a list of stores & bakeries that are near by. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the big chairs and end table in the kitchenette room. There are a few stairs going down to the unit, with parking in the back of the house. Be aware, that the yard is dark at night, so you may wish to bring a small flashlite. Also facial tissue and toiletries are not provided. We only saw the owner when we paid for the unit.

We stayed at this lovely apartment- like B & B in Jasper on our cross country Via Rail
journey & enjoyed it ever so much. The location is terrific, just one street back from all
the shops, restaurants & Bear Claw bakery. Exceptionally clean with separate entrance.
Enjoyed having kit/liv room combo & separate bedroom where one can watch TV & the
other can use computer. We also picked up some lite groceries and made some meals
which was a treat after staying in hotels. Cheryl & Tony are well versed in all the
things to do & see in the Jasper area & even drove us to the train station when we left.
We have recommended this accommodation to any & all our friends who plan to go
'West' in the future. A great little 'home away from home' place to stay for a few days.

My wife and I stayed at this accommodation on our way to the Canadian Rockies.
It was the best of the six suites in which we stayed throughout our trip.We got a very quiet and clean suite with all we needed for a fair price.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

"Pictures on their website and on the internet does not do justice to the space of these suites. They are very spacious suites and gives a couple a lot of space in the shared room."
