The room we stayed in had not been cleaned properly. There was a condom wrapper near the head of the bed, a peanut in the shelf, rubbish under the bed and a coffee bean in one of the beds! Tried to speak with the Inn Keeper but apparently wasn't around, she just passed on a message through the staff! The...

So the hotel was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable, the resturant was a bit pricey but only what you would expect for the location and we really enjoyed our meals. The staff were all very friendly and happy. But all of this is really insignificant once you look out the window! The view of the glacier is...

This hotel was okay. Nothing fancy at all, even though it's sold as being a bit nicer. The lobby area where the bus tours are sold, and the interpretive centre are look beautiful but hotel are is dated. A note for travellers: View was nice, and room was clean. Don't expect any amenities (pool/gym) at all and there is no...

It's worthy to stay one night in Jasper National Park. Our room has glacier view. It's fantastic experience. My husband even said we should have stayed two nights here. We got a loft room. My two boys were so excited when they saw the loft. We went in April, so there weren't many tourists, which I like. We will definitely...

We stayed one night and the only memorable thing about this hotel is the view. You can stare at the Glacier all night long, it is beautiful. It got busy and noisy in the morning with the brewster buses coming on and on on the glacier. We had some troubles to find the lobby (maybe we were tired, maybe the...

My husband and I stayed here as part of a Backroads Canadian Rockies cycling trip. It was a fantastic place to stay after a long and spectacular day on the bike. We felt so welcomed by the hotel staff. The room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the glaciers. I loved watching the icy storm roll in...

Staff was terrific. Hotel Lobby is much nicer to wait in for our tour than the Discovery Center. Rooms are LARGE and very clean and our faced the glacier. I kept looking out to make sure I wasn't dreaming! My only criticism is not letting guests pull up to the back of the lobby to offload luggage. Having to drag...

Hotel is very close to the location, nice location and very quiet and peaceful, but if you compare all the amenities then this hotel is not the best. I would suggest first to check the location and amenities personally before making reservation.

Stayed in June 2016. Was given a corner room and it was huge for a single person. There are sofas at a corner. Big beds, but somehow I didn't sleep well, maybe it was too cold and room is too big. Buffet lunch is ok, not spectacular. But location was prime as it is overlooking the glacier, the feel is...

My wife & I loved our stay at the Glacier View Inn. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was also first class. Considering the location - literally in the middle of nowhere - we couldn't have asked for more and wished we'd stayed more...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Glacier View Inn is a model of environmentally sensitive design, built to incorporate the pristine environment that it surrounds. There are 32 guest rooms - most have at least two queen beds and a loft. All are well appointed, with satellite TV, and direct dial phones. Many rooms offer spectacular views of surrounding mountains and glaciers but you should make sure to request a room with a view early as these are the first to go. Most rooms are well suited for families needing more space than a conventional hotel room, as well as traditional sized rooms for couples or individuals. Open April through October. ... more   less
