we stayed in a cabin in mid august, there was no fan or A/C and although we had requested cooking facilities (my mother has enteral tube feeds) - there was no kitchen! The smell from the cesspit behind the cabin was nauseating and the cabin was no way big enough for 3 of us. Apparently the manager had 'upgraded' us...

I had a large hut towards the back of the property and stayed here as part of a tour of Canada. It was clean and had a good shower. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and I thought the quality of the food was good. I didn't think the quality of the breakfast was good so would probably go...

We stayed here for two nights in the middle of August. We were in a hotel type room just behind the pool. It was very nice and extremely close to the pocahontas camp ground, where our family was camping. We were able to bring our dog, that was great! The cost was $15 per night and they gave us some...

we stayed at the cabins last September. When we got in the cabin I was very surprised at how big it was. Then I was worried we would be cold as the weather wasn't great, not bad, but cold. Well all I can say is that the cabin was very warm. Wasn't cold at night, in bed either. A very...

Hard to find hotel, not near downtown Jasper at all, about a 45 minute drive in the dark, small sign by the road. Upon arrival nobody at the office, had to call for somebody to come down Did not get a room in the nice part of the hotel, got something resembling a tool shed along the highway, lots of noise...

Stayed here whilst visiting Jasper. Arrived to the news we weren't booked in, not hotels fault but our useless travel company. Left the paperwork with check in woman who assured me she'd sort problem out. Which she did! Very appreciative of that, as wasn't the first hotel it had happened in. Got to our room/cabin. I found it absolutely charming....

On the whole our stay was good but there were some problems We had no wifi in the rooms and a poor connection at the main lodge which became problematic. The Delux cabins are small if there is more than two of you and the kitchen was poorly equipped i.e. no electric kettle and poor cooking equipment. The staff were...

We stayed only one night which was a real pity as the location is fantastic, 30 minutes from Jasper town surrounded by nature and close to the hot springs. Pocahantas has a real rustic charm and feels at home with its surroundings. Staff were friendly and accomodating, beds were comfortable and facilities clean and in good working order. It has...
