What can I say about Becker's? This is about the sixth time we have stayed here and it's always great. The kitchen has every pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need and if by chance something is missing, you can get it at the front desk. Comfy beds. Great views. Helpful staff. I have attached a photo of the view of the morning sun from the balcony.

Our time in Jasper National Park was wonderful. It was our Golden Wedding and Beckers proved to be simply THE best for this on all fronts. Situation beside the river terrific , Elk literally on our dood step at times wonderful, Service friendly/most helpful ,Restaurant - especially for our anniversary meal - outstanding , standard of our chalet cannot be faulted. Location also could not be better for getting the most out of a stay in this wonderful area. On all fronts , Beckers is outstanding. We would encourage all who visit Jasper National Park not to miss Beckers - our next Canadian adventure will certainly include a return . Brilliant and well done

It is a series of cabins next to the river, the view is beautiful. There are ducks and other birds hanging around in the grass. The atmosphere feels very relaxing. The cabins themselves are cozy, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They have a coffee maker, microwave, soap and fiber for washing dishes, a jug, minibar, coffee, tea and other items, and in the bathroom there are soaps, shampoo, lotion, etc. It is a silent place. Fair price for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at beckets chalet on May 23rd and paid $545 for a four-bedroom suite. Before checking out, we inquired if we needed to clean the utensils, and were told, "We would appreciate it if you do, but you can leave them as is." Based on this, we decided not to clean them. Subsequently, we were charged a $100 housekeeping fee twice as a penalty. When we addressed this with the management, they argued that it was a communication issue on our part and described our actions as "disgusting." Both the owner and the manager misbehaved and made the experience horrible. They were unapologetic and rude, turning the situation into a courtroom-like confrontation. Additionally, during check-out, they accused us of losing a basketball used during our stay. We insisted it was still there and had to personally verify its presence, wasting 30 minutes. After finding the ball, they claimed to have reversed the charge, but this entire ordeal wasted my time. Despite the good property, I would not recommend Crescent Lodge due to the terrible customer service. Their behavior was unprofessional, and I am considering taking legal action. My experience was so poor that I rate this lodge 0 stars.

This is the kind of place that one is reluctant to review, for fear that it will become so popular that it is impossible to book again in the future. My family rented two adjoining "deluxe log cabins for 4," each of which was comfortable, spacious and well-designed. The location by the Athabasca river is both beautiful and convenient to the things we wanted to do in Jasper. We appreciated having a hot breakfast buffet available, and we were all wowed by dinner at the restaurant (which I recommend even if you are not staying there). Booking via email was easy, and everyone we met on site was both friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we couldn't spend more time both at Becker's in general, and specifically just lounging in the chairs enjoying the view and sounds of the Athabasca. But we certainly hope to be back in the future!

On my third stay at Becker's Chalets I was yet again impressed with the beautiful riverside setting, beautiful chalets, and equally beautiful customer service. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing, carefree, and comfortable, right down to searching for and finding Ellie, the missing little stuffed elephant. Located just outside the village of Jasper, guests can enjoy both the breath-taking wilderness setting and the convenience of proximity to town. Our buffet breakfast at the onsite Becker's Gourmet Restaurant provided a hardy start for our trip down the Icefields Parkway.

We sat in the adirondack chairs outside our cabin and watched the white water rafters fly by. It was a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The cabins were clean and quaint - the staff were extremely helpful - delivering a barbecue with all the tools we needed to cook well in advance of when we needed it. When we had a problem with our hot water it was fixed immediatly.

Excellent holiday accommodation run very efficiently by friendly helpful staff. The location is just south of Jasper with lovely direct private access to the river side and views of the mountains but has easy access to the town for supplies. Even has a pickup arrangement for trips eg Maligne Lake Adventures. The onsite restaurant is very good.

I arrived at 11:30pm, after delayed flights and NO luggage. I had let them know I would be late arriving, so they left a map on the office door, and the key to my cabin. It was such a pleasure to finally arrive after a long travel day and see and hear the river just beyond my cabin. The cabin was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything I needed in the kitchen, and I was able to buy toothpaste and bug spray in the small gift shop. Although I was out hiking and exploring during the day, it was wonderful to come back and sit in the Adirondack chair and watch/listen to the river. The location was perfect for exploring Jasper and the northern end of the Icefields Parkway. I wished I had more than just 2 nights, and I would definitely go back there again! I thought it was an outstanding value.

We stayed at Bekkers in late May and were so impressed! The staff were so incredibly helpful and so personable. The chalets were very clean as were the ground. Staff do the tour in the morning to pick up wildlife droppings including Wapiti and even a grizzly (which they kept a very close eye on armed with bear spray and frequent visits from the ranger - I felt totally safe and was super excited to see one in person!). We ate dinner at the restaurant and the service was great as was the food. It was a little weird eating Wapiti as two of them grazed in the grass behind me. ;-)

Dear Emily, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. we are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your cabin and our groomed grounds, which were all nice and clean. We are so pleased to hear that you had the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife as well, that frequent our property. We do keep an eye on them, to ensure that they do not pose a problem - and we do call the Park wardens if we feel they are an issue. We're also super happy to hear that your dining experience was wonderful - from the service to the food. We would really appreciate it if you provided Becker's Gourmet Restaurant with a review, so that other diners can read the lovely comments you provided us with here on the Chalets review page. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again to Becker's Chalets. Kindest regards, The Becker's Team

Hello, We do get a Telus and Rogers signal out at Beckers. At the front desk, we do have 2 boosters for cell service and it typically has 3-4 bars in strength, but it depends on where on the property you are.
Thank you
The cabins that were renovated this past winter were cabins #1 to #33, #24 and #49 -- the showers were completely redone. Last winter, these same units had the bathrooms redone with in floor heating. Also from #1-#43 the floors were completely redone and now have hard wood floor, instead of carpet throughout the chalets. Light fixtures, flat screen TV's, and beds are also among the items completely changed in many of our chalets (flat screen TV's in all chalets). I hope this answers your questions. Thank you
