8 of us (all adults) enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Chateau Louis. The decor is a bit dated but it was truly part of the charm. The service was good, our waitress was attentive and kind. Management should reconsider the uniforms however as they did not match the ambiance and looked more suited to an Albert's restaurant. The food was... More

We really loved Chateau louis. The rooms had character, the staff was extremely attentive and the restaurant/pub was a beautiful hangout. They had an amazing piano player the one night while we enjoyed our cocktails in the lounge. Free parking was also a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to edmonton.

Every sunday, have the most amazing brunch, a lot of Ukrainian, cabbage rolls, etc, but for the price, well worth it. Rooms have just been re-furbished, and they cater to the Oilers, and Eskimos, tickets to the games, at good prices.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I will say that it is definitely dated. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you. If you prefer something like a pillow top or a foam top, then this is not a place to go. I would say that this is good for a business trip... More

It has that drawing appeal to a persons soul, leaving you with the feeling I got to check this place out. I enjoyed the clean rooms and wonderful service. The breakfast is free with lots of yumming food. I am coming back.

Over the last twenty years we have occasionally stayed overnight in your hotel and been very happy with the overall service and quality of your room & morning breakfast. On the 09 Jan 2016 everything had changed. The pancake syrup which I believe was stale coke in a jug. I asked the server about it and she quickly changed it,... More

Don't think I would stay here again, the only moly attraction was smoking rooms. The rooms are dated, some guests (10 to 20) seemed to be using the lobby as their personal living room causing plenty of noise and obstruction throughout my 3 night stay. The Internet was pathetic, constantly cutting out even with a strong signal. When I called... More

We were a group of 5 with a reservation for Sunday brunch. We were seated a bit early and headed straight to the buffet line. While in line we watched the server fill our glasses with orange juice. Buffet consisted of : croissants, Danish, variety of salads including a delicious Caesar, devilled eggs, cheese board, fresh veggies, cold shellfish platter... More

It is a little dated but clean. The morning breakfast is well stocked and is of good quality. In the evening the piano bar lounge was a nice place to sit down and relax. It has leather seats and self playing piano. Thursday evening someone comes in a plays.

We've gone to Chateau Louis a few times, and this place always meets our expectations. The service was wonderful, the girl that worked in the lounge worked her butt off and was always so polite and very sweet. The room we had was fantastic. Also we had a couple beverages in the bar down stairs the girls were great.. I... More
