Room was spacious and well maintained. Art work around the hotel was fantastic and a pleasure to view. Location is very good for the BMO Convention Center. Front desk and hotel staff were excellent and helpful. Restaurants need better service and more consistency with menu items. Not sure why they are noticeably overrated.

Staff was super helpful. Hotel room was clean. Outdoor parking was right next to the hotel. Attractions was all pretty close to the hotel. The pool is actually outdoors surrounded by the hotel. If it's cold rainy day, you wouldn't be able to use it. It was really easy to access it from HWY 2.

A Great Experience overall! Everything from the room to the service was great! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to everyone else to stay at this hotel. It is fringing downtown but a perfect location for the BMO Center where the conference I attended was.

A great downtown hotel with an edgy feel. Awesome restaurant and very nicely appointed Euro-style guestrooms. Very good value. Walking distance to downtown attractions and interesting restaurants. Great alternative to the usual chains!

Great accommodations, friendly staff, beautiful and relaxing lobby. Everything great except for the stairs in the hallway on the second floor that you have to carry your luggage up and down. No ramp available to bypass this!

We stayed for a wedding and the location was excellent, had a nice breakfast in the morning. Nicely renovated and a good location. Parking in front a little challenge. Room was very clean and it was quiet.

Enjoyed my stay - perfect for business travel in the area. The front desk staff was accommodating - asked what type of room I would like since I was there for 5 days. Always friendly in the morning. Good restaurant in house and other good options nearby. The room was attractive and quiet. What else do you need?

Excellent accommodations and a great conference location. We upgraded to a slightly larger room and really appreciated the seating area for our four day stay. The balcony had a wonderful view of Calgary's downtown skyline - it was a treat to have fresh air! Our conference room was quite chilly but the facilities were excellent otherwise. Excellent dining at Yellow...

Do not take room 224 as it is next to the gym and every morning you will hear and feel the banging of weights or the person running on the treadmill. If you have a lot of bags and are in this room they do not tell you there are stairs to get to this room and the trolley you...
