Friendly guests service in front of the house. Nice amenities in the room. Minty shampoo's is so refreshing feeling and is so good and you can purchase them at the Front Desk. :) Fast elevator service to the Lohby. But in the lobby the temperature must be calibrated. thank you Hotel Arts.

Heating in the room was terrible, it was either too cold or too hot, and the maintenance person who came up ssid he fixed it but couldn't explain what he did to the thermostat to control it myself, and it ended up not working in the end. Coffee served in room each morning was lukewarm, and it was in a...

Wasn't very impressed with this hotel. Rooms were small, heater was loud, water in shower wasn't hot and the vending machine didnt work properly. For the price I paid, there are better hotels in the area.

While we liked the hotel, we stayed there to hold meetings in an on-site conference room. This was the portion that went very poorly. The boiler that heated our conference room (for ~20 people) broke, and we were left in a really tough spot. The temp got as low as 14 degrees Celsius before they removed our ability to even...

My stay at Hotel Arts met my needs. The location was perfect and worked well with my business meetings. The hotel lobby is beautiful and parking worked great. Everything I needed during my trip was within walking distance.

Welcoming, attentive and friendly staff from arrival to departure. The large room and comfortable bed have made the Hotel Arts my choice hotel in Calgary. The Raw Bar and Yellow Door restaurants have excellent food and great ambiance and are within the hotel.

I stayed at the Hotel Arts recently for a short business trip. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and they have a good onsite amenities. Rooms have quality shampoo, conditioner and lotion available. So leave those behind when packing. You won't need them

Stayed at here for two nights, hotel is very arty, they have nice hotels inside the hotel. Friendly staff. Couple things which i disliked : First night i stayed, they had an event going and music was way to loud for me to sleep, 2nd night it was a bit better.

Being in the service industry myself, I truly HATE writing a bad review. Boyfriend and I came to Calgary for a couples date night and decided to give Hotel Arts a try. Kind of a dingy room... but what takes the cake was finding panties.. yes.. someone's panties in our bed. Absolutely disgusting. Apparently mentioning it politely to the front...

Good afternoon and thank you for your candid review. Convenient location and great front of house staff. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Had to crawl on the floor to plug in my laptop. Some places the wallpaper beginning to peel off the walls. Too much light from the hallway entering the room from under the door. Overall I was happy with my experience.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the lack of maintenance and cleanliness you have described in your review. We are preparing our Basic King rooms for future renovations, but in the meantime, we will increase our efforts to ensure these rooms meet our guest expectations. Our bedside lamps do have power and USB outlets, however, I realize these are not...
