I was charged a deposit and pre-paid for five nights. I had to check out after one night because I got called to go back to work. They would not refund the remaining four nights or the deposit! When I spoke with Ruby, the indian lady at the front desk, she told me this policy is posted on the website....

Just like most people I will that this place is disgusting, they could decide to add landfill right there and it probably would look and smell better. Staff is garbage, manager team is garbage. But hey let's be honest here they don't care about guess all they mostly want is to find way to make money out of people that...

This hotel is notorious for charging a deposit. Going through hotels.com you are told after the fact. The usual deposit is $100. This hotel charges $200. The rooms are clean and quiet. The continental breakfast is Raisin Bran, toast and waffles but you can't take it to your room. The staff is rude. I'd rather pay more than end up...

Booked a two bed Queen suite, description said two queens and table/chairs etc. We had two separate Queen rooms which was fine, a desk and one chair. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Only problem - the heaters were not efficient! With -30c windchill outside the one bedroom would not heat above 59.5f. No instructions on how to adjust these...

Very affordable accommodations very close to Chinook Center shopping center. Dated decor , yes but then if you are looking for a Fairmont Property then don't stay here. Linen was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Lots of parking.

Beware of budget Motels! The room was outdated and smelly. The carpet on the floor was borderline disgusting. The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, and was not even slightly interested in hearing about my displeasure. I left this place feeling abused and ripped off and I I don't have a lot of confidence that...

We got in about an hour after check in time and the front desk lady told us that our room wasn't clean yet and we will have to wait another 30 minutes... The AC was broken and the window was jammed, the room smelled musty All in all, you get what you pay for

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical. However, when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I believe the room I stayed in was recently renovated with new beds and a flat screen tv. I only stayed here one night but I was able to sleep well and the room met my needs. The breakfast was a...

I had to stay here because everything else was sold out due to a conference in Calgary. My positive comment Is that the price is fair: you get what you pay for. Some hotels rank up their prices when everything is sold out but this one kept them fair. The rooms are a little bit aged and look like the...

We were looking for a cheap transit motel in Calgary; this fitted the bill perfectly. Large sign as you drive along the street - note it's on the west side so if you're coming from the south you'll need to drive past the motel and turn round somewhere safe. For our modest fee we had two bedrooms and a bathroom,...
