Cannot say enough about this hotel. On arrival we were greeted at front desk by Jeet Jani and he couldn't have been more welcoming and informative. Room was lovely. Continental breakfast plentiful. Perfect location with Calgary Tower across street and Stephen Avenue around the corner offering many eateries and lots of shopping.

In brief: very attentive staff, very friendly, very efficient. Quick check-in, luggage was up in no time. Room is modern, bathroom spacious, all good. Parking is a pain, so better use valet. For shopping and dining you'll find numerous opportunities around the corner. Concierge offered us a free pass to the TV tower just opposite, which we happily used. Breakfast...

Le Germain is a modern, trendy hotel in downtown Calgary, close to the Calgary Tower in an area with lots of restaurants and night life. Our room was attractive, stylish, and reasonably spacious. There was a pod coffee maker but no available refrigerator (there was a minibar), and a large built in desk, with concealed power outlets and various ways...

I only stayed at the Le Germain for one night but it was a very pleasant experience. I booked the hotel because of both its reviews and its location. I arrived by shuttle from Banff and the downtown drop off was just opposite the hotel. As others have noted, this is a very stylish hotel, which would not be out...

Great modern hotel within walking distance of the downtown core. Large room, comfy bed, rain shower and continental breakfast. The only thing I would recommend is putting a sign outside the 2nd floor elevator pointing to the breakfast room. I had to walk through a corporate event to find breakfast which was a bit weird. But it was worth the...

We were attending a concert at the Saddledome first weekend in May. Weather was beautiful and we decided to walk to and from the concert. Took just over 15 minutes. Spent time wandering around the shops on Stephen Avenue Mall.

The Hotel Le Germain in Calgary is a lovely place to stay. The staff are especially thoughtful, and gave us a beautiful bottle of wine for our anniversary on our last stay. We also really enjoy the breakfast, which is included.

We stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend in March. The hotel is very modern and trendy and is in a great location; within walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. The beds were extremely comfortable! The rooms are dimly lit, and we were on a lower floor which caused natural lighting to be lessened given the nearby building...

Our room at the Hotel Le Germain Calgary looked like a picture from Architectural Digest. It was modern, even "trendy", spacious and very clean. However, the room was dark. We had a room that had no view. It looked out at another building - a part of that building which had no windows. It was a black wall facing us....

Le Germain is a stylish, hip, and friendly hotel in downtown Calgary. It was my first trip to Calgary so I don't know if it's the best hotel in town, but I can't imagine anywhere else could do better. From check-in to check-out everyone was gracious and accommodating, and each encounter with the staff was very positive. The rooms were...
