Everything is great on the lodging, 5 stars. However, the restaurant experience was 2-3 stars, as we feel we did not get the great service and fair charge (drinks were offered due to smoke incident, with the impression they were free, but charged at full price). Will definitely be back for the lodging, but will think carefully for the restaurant.

Stayed here for one night on our way through to Banff. The cabins were surrounded by snow which give the place a real picture-postcard feel. The room itself was very cozy with a large bed, seating area, gas fire and jucuzzi bath in the main room and a kitchenette and bathroom separate. Double doors opened onto a balcony looking down...

Overall experience was great. Despite being a little isolated the staff and the cabin were were wonderful. The restaurant was quiet but the service and food/drink options were perfect and local. The gym was a little dated and there didn't appear to be a shuttle bus service to ski resorts or into town.

I absolutely adore this place. The staff are extremely friendly at all times and very helpful with any and all requests. The restaurant has amazing amazing menu and their drink selection (I was drinking scotch and port) is vast, especially considering the size of the restaurant. I would expect the drink selection from a place 10 times the size so...

Baker Creek is a great destination for couples or families. The intermittent internet service makes being "unplugged" for a weekend essentially mandatory but that is such a welcome escape! Our family, ranging from grandchildren to grandparents, played games together which we never seem to do at home. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I always love talking to...

Great mini-vacation in a quiet but easy to access spot in the Canadian Rockies. The individual cabins are all very private, comfortable and nicely decorated in rustic themes; no two are exactly alike. The on-site bistro provides gourmet meals in a relaxed lodge-like atmosphere. No need to drive, only a 2 minute walk! Lots of opportunity for sight seeing or...

We stayed at the Baker Creek Mountain resort for three nights. Great location close to both Lake Louise, Banff and local attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. The reception staff were helpful with suggestions for local walks and the dinner in the resaturant delicious. We are there two nights in a row. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

My wife and I have been here several times, the views are spectacular and location is easy to find. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Close to Banff, 10 min to lake Louise restaurant on site. Just an all around great place to detach from the stressful mess of life. Great hiking skiing and many other mountain activities near...
