Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

For a snowboarding family vacation, can’t beat the location, the condo suite provides full kitchen (all but oven) making food options good. The loft is nice but doesn’t provide any privacy from the living room with Murphy bed. For a family of 6, this is a wonderful option.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here as a family, we were lucky that we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo, which was amazing. It was just a shame we were only staying one night as we were not able to make the most of all the facilities. The evening meal was good, but the breakfast buffet was out of this world, wow what a selection, everything you could think of to eat for breakfast

We had such a great time here in canada, lake louise inn. We were mostly here for the snowboarding but chose to do some half/whole day activities. We did not have s vehicle and that gave us some troubles bc everything is so far away. But Karen at the service desk was such a sweet and helpfull lady! It wad very nice to have someone thinking around the not having a vehicle part. It was lovely being here and meeting her. Greets from the Netherlands

The Lake Lousie Inn did not disappoint. I stayed in a large two-bed room with my wife and two kids. The room had all the amenities one could want; a Keurig coffee maker, hot pot, microwave, and mini fridge. The buffet at Legends dining room was amazing! Maybe not the cheapest breakfast at $23 but well worth it. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Lastly, the complimentary ski shuttle was very convenient. Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed in a deluxe queen room during a great snowy week. The room was decent sized and comfortable. The resort was very nice. The pizza at Legends was fantastic. The fact that we only had a 5 minute drive after the ski day was priceless. The only thing we hadn’t considered was the 100 meter walk outside to get to the central resort to use the hot tub after our ski. A long thick fleece robe would have been a good idea to pack.

This was our third annual stay at Lake Louise Inn, and it did not disappoint. We had a deluxe king room - its a bit dated, but pleasant, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We love the happy, friendly vibe of this hotel. Staff are warm, efficient and engaged. The hotel is bustling with sounds of happy families. Location is amazing, they have free snow shoe rentals, and the pool/hot tubs are nice for après ski relaxing and socializing. We’ll be back!

We have spent two nights at Lake Louise Inn at the end of Fabruary in cold winter conditions. The Inn was clean, well managed. The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful to accommodate all of our needs. Also the inside pool and hot pools were great assets in the extreme cold weather. The restaurant food was very good and the servers are nice and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and we recommend everyone Lake Louise Inn as your relaxation accommodation.

Our stay at the Lake Louise Inn was really beautiful! The combination of the snow with hot tubs and the electrical fireplace created a magical setting. The staff, especially Enrique, Carlos and Justin, has been very friendly and a huge help. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the option of using a bunk bed or the fold-out bed.
