We stayed for three nights while skiing. Great value. Very comfortable beds. Nice indoor pool with three hot tubs that were nice and warm. Great after a day of skiing. Not a luxury hotel but good clean ski hotel. Good food in the restaurant and bar but a limited menu. Great service all around.

We stayed for one night as part of a tour of the Icefields Parkway. Lake Louise itself is spectacular and highly recommended. This hotel needs to be updated. Our hotel room overlooked the (indoor) pool and was dark and claustrophobic. If we had been staying for more than one night I would have asked for another room. We had dinner...

Beside the room being too hot, it was everything we needed. Price is good, room was clean and amenities were appreciated. If you are not looking for luxury but just a good and affordable place to stay then I highly recommend.

We arrived on a VERY cold night and our first room had no heat, even after the thermostat on max for over 3 hours. The staff was VERY accomodating to move us to another room in the upgraded part of the hotel to make us more comfortable. There is an additional "resort fee" to have access to wifi and use...

My family went to Lake Louise for new years eve weekend. We booked the room for the Friday night and Saturday night (New Years). As we were driving the 6+ hours to Lake Louise from our home we stopped in Golden and called the hotel to find out if they had the UFC fights playing. We were told that they...

The room was very spacious with a one bedroom and a living room. That was great so my husband and I could be working some and have the privacy to do that. There was also a small kitchenette that was very creatively included in the room. That meant some meals were eaten in - which saved us $.

Excellent accomodations. A little too hot in the standard room in lodge #4. Heard this same concern expressed by others in our group of 35. We used your front lobby as the meeting location to discuss the day's events of either cross-country skiing or snowshoeing as well as sorting through carpooling. The water and lemon infused water was much appreciated....

We stayed here using a deal voucher so I don't know about the price but the over all experience was very good. Clean, friendly staff and best of all only a short drive to Lake Louise ski hill. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay at Lake Louise Inn. Two large beds, excellent heater control, clean bathroom and pleasant staff. Other rooms a bit noisy, great spa and pool, good options at the hotel and nearby for dinner. Fantastic shuttle service to Lake Louise, shops a short walk and a beautiful setting. Well worth considering for families.

“Maybe the rooms outside of the main building have more air and light.”

“The cleaning staff did a very poor job. We found an old used tshirt in the corner upon arrival and the next day when they cleaned they did not replace the service items or towels, nor tidy up the room. Our pyjamas and clothes were left in a pile on one bed, the sink was not cleaned nor was the mirror. ”
