We were pleasantly surprised by the good sized space in a great location at a reasonable price. The private entrance suited us well since we went on early morning hikes and did not want to wake anyone. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite which has a separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and family room area with a TV. The kitchen included...

We were two couples staying in Banff for 3 nights before setting off on the Rocky Mountaineer. The locations was ideal - just a 3 minute walk to the station and also easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Banff. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and with enough hanging and drawer space. The kitchenette and breakfast...

Why stay in an overpriced hotel in Banff when you could have four rooms in a house close to Banff avenue. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with our own entrance. Three cereals, croissants and giant muffins were provided for breakfast plus milk, orange, jam and marmalade etc. For us this was much better than a hotel.

We enjoyed our time at Big Horn B&B and stayed in both of the units, as we had a trip to Jasper for a couple of days in between. The rooms are spacious, clean, private and extremely good value and we felt that the breakfast provided was quite adequate. The location for exploring Banff was excellent and Anne was very...

Big comfortable rooms, friendly owners. Two minute walk to downtown but in a quiet part of town. Parking, internet available. Only 2 negatives-no cooking facilities other than a microwave and no laundry, even if there is a noisy laundry in regular use next to our room, we weren't allowed to use it.

Just like home! Anne and Lawrence make you feel like you've known them forever. A huge place with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The private entrance is really handy and the three block walk to downtown is simple yet when you are back at the house you don't even realize you are that close. Highly recommend this place...

We stayed here for over a month. Anne and Lawrence were amazing and we felt like we were part of the family. The separate entrance was very handy so we could come and go as we pleased. The self catered accommodation was excellent. The room we had was large and comfortable and the wifi and cable were great, we couldn't...

The place was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels, soap, dishes, etc. Cheapest B&B I found in Banff, but you get what you pay for (cold breakfast!). Great location 2 blocks from the grocery store and Banff Ave. Off-street parking. Drawbacks were noise from upstairs (walking, piano practice, video games) and hair dryer that worked only half the time....

We recently spent 6 nights in Banff and found the accommodation very clean, spacious and comfortable - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was within walking distance of everything and Anne was a great host.
