We stayed for only one night here and would go back, the staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The view f the mountains was gorgeous from almost every area of the hotel I seen and the ski hill was only minutes away

The bedding was very strange as there was no fitted sheet on the mattress, just a flat sheet that didn't even fit the whole mattress. As well, there was no actual cover on the duvet and it was just simply wrapped between two sheets. If your a messy sleeper like myself, you'll be sleeping on the bare mattress with a...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us of your recent stay. Pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and it's decor. The strange bedding that you are referring to is called "triple sheeting". This is now industry standard when it comes to dressing a bed, this method is more hygienic than other dressings (duvet...

Stayed here for a weekend while I skied Saturday and Sunday at Mt. Norquay. The location to Mt. Norquay is perfect as it is a five minute drive up the hill to get to the ski resort. The rooms are very large and have large balconies; which have fantastic views of the mountains. The restaurant at the hotel is out...

We had a wonderful experience at The Juniper as their staff are very friendly! Its a beautiful hotel with an amazing view on the mountains and pet friendly. It's my second stay at the hotel and will always come back as the rates are very decent and it's not to far from the town.

It has become a family tradition that we stay here for a ski weekend. After days of calling and leaving messages plus an email to book a room we got a return VM. The online site indicated the rooms we want are no longer available. We are really disappointed with the lack of attention and have booked a different spot...

From check-in to check-out, including a meal at the restaurant, the service was genuine; all the staff treated and spoke to you as if you were great friends. The room offered a great view, a comfy bed, a fireplace, and a Jacuzzi. Everything worked too! The service at the restaurant was quick (shout out to our server Lauren! /highfive), and...

Great little hotel tucked away on the outskirts of Banff. Lovely setting, nice rooms, great views, and excellent restaurant. Staff are very accommodating, friendly, and courteous. Have stayed here several times over the last few years, and have never been disappointed.

I don't review very often but thought this one was worth it. This Hotel is just a few minutes drive from the main Banff township making it secluded and quiet. We stayed for one night in a King Suite-with fireplace and jacuzzi. Jaccuzzi is huge, with rain shower. Room is huge-massive king bed, with a sitting area with couch and chairs and TV and fireplace.
