We just stayed one night but the accommodations were very good and the food at the bistro was out of this world awesome! Mom did a weekend workshop at the hotel and dad and the young men hit the slopes...then enjoyed the hot tub with the stunning mountain view. The service was pretty good. The front desk staff were a... More

We stayed for the last 2 nights of our week long ski trip at The Juniper Hotel and it was great. The location is just outside of Banff which was nice since it was very quite and secluded with lovely views. The rooms were clean and quite big, bed was comfy, with nice décor. The hotel is small which I... More

Stopped on Canada day for fireworks and stayed at the hotel, was one of the only places with a room so wasn't expecting much. Was pleasantly surprised, watch the fireworks from the balcony. Beautiful views, was a very nice room. Very clean comfy and cozy. Will definitely stay again.

The location is good, a little off set but still close to town. The bistro must be very good because it's always full and the menu is pricey. The rooms were clean and had a cool decor, modern mixed with native. Service was good. The only problem was that there was no quick or early breakfast service for all the... More

The Juniper was great. One of the only spots in Banff that isn't in the townsite. The views were incredible, the staff were great, and the rooms were very nice. The outdoor hot tub was extra awesome! We stayed 2 nights on the last week of October, at room 202 (panoramic view with balcony). The view was amazing! Unobstructed views of Mt. Rundle and Mt. Norquay (I think). It was beside the highway, yes, but we didn't notice the noise so much. We were with 2 young children, and the hotel facilities were well-suited to their needs.... More

I wanted a quiet night in the mountains, outside of Banff, for a getaway from the city. I chose a room on the Norquay mountain side of the building. It was clean, and VERY quiet.
