The Juniper Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location was just outside of the village of Banff and close to the highway, but the feeling was you were in a secluded location. The views were amazing--the best in the area! Our room was extremely clean with all the amenities you expect at chain motels and included a refrigerator....

After being held up with bad road conditions on the Transcanada highway on both the east and west side of Calgary our 4 hour drive became an 8 hour drive but thankfully we made it to The Juniper unscathed unlike many others we seen in the ditches. We checked in and received our room keys and proceeded to bring in...

Thank you for the feedback and I apologize for the confusion in regards to the room category you received. There is a $20 difference between our Standard Rooms (no door to outside) and our Deluxe Rooms (patio with door to the outside). I am glad you did receive the room you required for your pet and hope you enjoyed your...

I accompanied my son, his wife and their two young sons. We stayed in a Chalet, which suited our needs. It was a bit tired and could use updating, but it was very comfortable. Lots of room everyone. A home away from home! The staff were excellent, especially the Bistro staff! Excellent food! My two grandson's were treated so well...

After dozens, scratch that, hundreds of trips to Banff over the years and having stayed there many times, we've finally found our hotel. I have no idea how we overlooked it in the past but the Juniper is perfect. Reasonably priced, nicely updated and very tastefully decorated, the thing that really sets the Juniper apart is its restaurant and bar....

Very comfortable rooms and clean, the view from the room and the hot tub is spectacular. Coffee/tea in the room was nice. We enjoyed reading artwork and history displayed in the hallways. My only recommendation - it would be nice to have housecoats in the rooms to use to go to and from the hot tub. There were none in...

We recently stayed at the Juniper once again since late 2015 and it keeps getting better. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and courteous and the checkin was a breeze. The rooms are very clean and they continue to maintain the rustic charm of the original design. The bed is very comfortable and they have replaced all of the...

We had an excellent stay at the Juniper. Great service, comfortable room (great bed), beautiful decoration all around the hotel, and excellent cuisine. We had dinners and breakfasts at the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed each bite of it. Really fabulous food. I highly recommend the Juniper for couples, families, friends or solo. Great location if you are downhill skiing at...

The Juniper Hotel has a great view of tall mountains and snow capped trees.🌲 The room at Juniper was comfortable and clean.✨Our room had a smooth wood floor and a cozy bed. The lobby had snacks on the front desk. There was also a black and white video shown on a computer. It displayed animal wildlife all through the year...

The hotel is situated a $9 cab ride from the Main Street in Banff. The mountain facing rooms have a stunning view. The hot tub is also a great temperature.
